   I have had the worst experience of my life. My prescription has never been completed on time. All of the receptionists are rude and condescending especially to those who can’t speak English properly. They have no patient care what’s so ever. This surgery is a joke the doctors don’t see you even when you’ve sent online form at 8 in the morning. You have to go to the hospital instead you might as well not have this GP

   Please do NOT register at this doctors. They do not listen to you AT ALL. And it is impossible to get an appointment unless you’re there at 8am sharp. Any other time after that you won’t get an appointment. I moved to a different practice and the difference in professionalism and care is outstanding.

   Absolute joke of a place! On hold forever its ridiculous and then when you get through there is no appointments for weeks on end. Been here for years but past few years it's gone way way way downhill.

   Never any appointments. Rang up today and first thing I asked for was an emergency app.. receptionist took my details straight away then proceeded to tell Me there was no apps till 30th of jan. I explained I’ve got tonsillitis snd she told me to go to a walk in centre. I explained I can’t go to the walk in as I have a newborn and a poorly toddler at home and she told me that it’s just the way it is and they don’t do on the day apps anymore. I rang 111 and within 20 minutes they got me a same day over the phone appointment at my doctors? Strange ey.

   5 stars for Dr Niaz. She is such a lovely GP, really listens and takes on board all of your issues and makes sure you leave the surgery satisfied. Haven’t had the best experience with reception staff, but i always try and ask for Dr Niaz as she’s great at her job. Always reads through my notes before i come and tends to remember my previous issues and knows my medical history before dealing with me. Such a lovely, genuine doctor, thank you.

   I have always had a good experience getting my two boys appointments and prescriptions from this surgery. Yesterday on a Friday evening I rang about my son and the receptionist was extremely helpful at getting the gp to ring me back and sorted a prescription out for my sick son within 30mins of initial phone call. Thank you

   I had to give 1star to write this review. I’d rather not give a star. The receptionist are so rude and extremely uncooperative. Following my last two phone calls( after holding on for 50 minutes) I was told that my prescription had gone to the chemist. It wasn’t there. The doctor put a wrong code and it didn’t arrive. I asked the receptionist to ask if it could be sent again. Her reply was it cost money for prescription. I said I pay for my prescription but it’s not there. She replied so what I pay for mine. The second time I rand 7 months after because my HRT prescription wasn’t sent to the chemist. I waited 30 minutes to get through to be told there is nothing she could do and she wasn’t going to speak to the doctor about it. This is HRT not a paracetamol. I use to be extremely happy with this doctor’s but now feel extremely unhappy. I’m now changing my doctors practice. An extremely unsatisfied patient but this seems to be the case for most patients registered here
