Terrible dentist - do not recommend. The receptionist is unprofessional and unhelpful, and the dentist never seems to be there. Wouldn’t go near this practice with a barge pole. Previously I had a dental emergency while pregnant and they refused to see me despite being registered with them. Look elsewhere!
Dirty windows, filthy surgery, unhygienic staff. Not sure if dentist or dental nurse are qualified. Receptionist too laid back.
pulled my moms tooth out while it was infected gave me a filling over a year ago and i’m still having problems with the tooth now my moms whole mouth got infected put me on the list for braces and sent the wrong information to the orthodontist and sent us to kidderminster which we did not need to get sent to does not even deserve one star #dobetter #baddentist #getalife
This is the worst dentist I have ever come across. Lack of professionalism right from the secretary. Main dentist does not seem qualified and confident in what she is doing, did not to my scale and polish during check up appointment I had to go back a second time just for that and she cleaned my teeth in less than 1 minute (felt no difference in my teeth). Now there is no dentist for 3 months! I will not be going back. I do not know how this dentist is still up and running!
This is the worst dental surgery. Doesn't even deserve a 0ne star!!! The dentist herself is visually unprofessional and lacks consideration for the elderly. My mother ended up in the hospital with an infection that the dentist failed to diagnose. Even the consultant stated that, as a dentist, failing to identify this was unacceptable. This dentist should not be practicing. I strongly advise against going here, as you would be putting yourself at risk.
My brother wasn’t able to join the braces waiting list on time, because very time I’d phone them they’d say they’d get back to me and never used too.
I came in three times for a filling that kept coming out after few weeks the tooth it self broke. Dentist won't answer always closed.
Absolutely disgusting service. I paid for a filling last year in November which fell out a month after. Every appointment i made got cancelled on the day at 9am. 6 cancelled appointments in a row. Then for 3 months they didnt have a dentist. In august they cancelled and today they cancelled.l again. Please go somewhere else unless u want cancelled appointments. Would honestly not recommend going here.
Worst dentist ever! Receptionist has no social skills or people skills what so ever.. had my appointments cancelled for nearly a year. Absolutely horrendous
I absolutely hate the dentist! I have an extreme phobia, which has caused me to leave issues with my teeth that could of been fixed, iv avoided treatment and now there is nothing that can be done to save them. I need to have several extractions, and a denture fitted, I have been also avoiding having this done partly from fear but also I felt judged by the previous dentist at bandhal. I attended an appointment today , and saw the new dentist here for the 1st time and she was absolutely lovely, kind caring completely made me feel at ease. Thankyou.
