My wife attended a scale and polish appointment today with Anwar and Amy, and they were exceptional from start to finish.    After not going to the dentist for 18 years, I’m so glad I finally went to Smile Concepts. My family have been coming here for over 20 years, and now I totally see why. Anup is amazing — so friendly, patient, and really puts you at ease. Everyone there is lovely, from the reception team to the dental nurses. Hopefully I won’t need to be a regular visitor, but if I do have to go to the dentist, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

   I have been a patient in this practice for many years. My dentist Dr Claire Burgess is an amazing person. Her bedside manners is exemplary. She puts you at ease, explains everything in understandable language, answers questions and confirms everything before one leaves. My hygienist Natalie was just as good, professional and pleasant. Her team is wonderful, always willing to help, polite and professional. My heart-felt thanks to the entire team in looking after my dental health over the years.

   I visited the smile concepts practice initially because I had chipped my front teeth. But I also wanted an assessment and advice about my tooth health and what my best options for my expectations might be. I Received excellent professional advice with the different options available to me. My chipped tooth was treated straight away by Dr Hassall. They also took two x rays and carried out a 180 degree scan of my mouth ensuring they captured every aspect of my dental state. This enabled them to offer the best advice and options available for any future dental care. They are a very professional team offering expertise in several different areas of dental care, backed by modern state of the art diagnostic equipment. I felt confident and reassured that I was receiving the best care available and would recommend this dental practice as a true centre of dental excellence.

   Love the good advice my dentist (Sean Power) gives me all the time. It’s honest, informed and to the best of the patient. Wouldn’t look anywhere else. The hygienist (Yvonne) is amazing too! Wonderful staff and five star cleanliness of the place every time I visit. My two little boys loves visiting with me and having regular checkups. My four years old had to have some treatment unfortunately, and didn’t pat an eyelid. Friendly staff and very gentle with children. Love the place. Can’t praise them enough.

   Having attended Smile Concepts today, for an emergency appointment due to severe tooth ache, i have to place on record how mightily impressed i was with the treatment i received. I was seen with less than 24 hour's notice. I was cautiously concerned as the pain was nerve centred, and i feared feeling pain in treatment. Little should i have been concerned, as Claire Burgess, the Dentist who saw me, caused me absolutely no pain at all. Her professionalism is wholly commendable as she put me at complete ease. Furthermore; to cap it all, several hours after the injections wore off, my toothache has completely gone, and the area of the mouth has settled completely. Thank you Claire, for first class treatment. I would highly recommend Smile Concepts.

   Absolutely brilliant. Since we registered here, the service has been excellent, and the care, aftercare and professionalism have been great. We transferred from our NHS dentist in order to get an implant procedure. This has completed expertly and we will continue to attend for our regular dental care as a result. Thank you to the team.
