After avoiding the dentist for years, I went for a checkup last week and was back in today for a filling. Leah was amazing and put me totally at ease during the whole appointment - she explained everything thoroughly and treated me with patience and kindness!
One word WOW! Cannot recommend this practice enough. After having treatment and no confidence in my previous dentist. I was reluctant to have any treatment done. But from being greeted by Daisy at reception with a big smile and answering all my questions and worries. I felt at ease. I was called into the room where Aakash and Amina treated me. Aakash explained all what he was going to do regards my treatment and made me feel so comfortable and calm. Best dentist ever!! Amina was so helpful and supportive throughout my time there. I cannot thank you all enough for making my first experience at the practice a memorable one! Can’t wait for my next appointment!
The practice registered me as an NHS patient and got me into an emergency appointment the same day. Great service and a friendly team.
I’d been to multiple dentists about a painful wisdom tooth, and 606 were able to fit me in urgently during the Christmas period. They quickly diagnosed the issue, and I appreciate that they offered me multiple treatment options, explaining the process as well as being upfront about the costs for each one. I decided to have the tooth removed and was initially very nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Aakash was so professional, accommodating to my needs as a neurodivergent person, and made the whole experience as pain-free and stress-free as possible. It was an instant relief, and I’m grateful that I’ve been free of tooth pain ever since! I’m extremely happy with my treatment here and would highly recommend this practice - huge thanks to the entire team!
I have been a patient at 606 Dental Practice for my oral care, where I received fillings. Unfortunately, I decided to leave due to ongoing concerns about certain issues. Despite this, I want to give credit where it’s due. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Sally Ballard, the dental hygienist, her nurse Beth Hodierne, and Zoe at the reception. Dr. Sally Ballard did an outstanding job—everything was done smoothly and without any discomfort. She explained every step clearly, ensuring I understood the process. Beth, the dental assistant, was equally professional and polite. She was very supportive and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism. A special thank you to Zoe for her welcoming smile. Although I am sad to leave, I hope the 606 Dental team continues to improve and excel in the future.
We have been patients at this dental practice for 47 years, even though we live 12 miles away in Birmingham. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The whole team are not just highly professional and highly skilled, they are also courteous and friendly. Today I needed a filling replaced. Janet and Kirsty, the receptionists on duty this morning, were welcoming and friendly. I then saw Anika, the dentist, and Jane, a dental nurse. The treatment I received from both was excellent, with Anika carefully explaining everything as she mended my tooth. I had also booked to see Mandy, the hygienist, and Lauren her assistant. 606 Dental practice has been by far the best dentist I've been to. Joe - the dental hygiene/therapist really looked after me and did a very thorough job. I've been recommended better equipment to look after my teeth and my teeth are currently looking the best they've ever looked. The staff on reception are also very friendly, I would highly recommend 606!
I have been to a few dentists both paying privatly and as NHS. I feel very lucky to have found 606 as the service I have received has been great. The dentist couldn't have been more helpful with a painful tooth which subsequently required a filling and root canal, I am very grateful for their service. I must admit I have found in the past one of the reception staff although helpful a little cold, leaving me with the feeling being there caused a distribution to their day.
My mum felt the service was really poor and impersonal from start to finish. Firstly reception staff lacking in interpersonal skills when greeting their clients. Secondly there was no communication in regards to the treatment being temporary, the filling only lasted 2 days after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment. My mum did not know it was temporary until she was asked to pay and then was asked to make a further appointment for a permanent filling. My mum is a pensioner and this unnecessary appointment could have been avoided if this information was provided prior. This kind of service is unsatisfactory given she has been a client for a number of years. I will await your response Katherine Kiefert
