   I scheduled a laser hair removal treatment for myself. I've had two sessions so far, both with Adriana. She was really lovely and polite, and she made me feel very at ease despite the fact that I was a little nervous to begin. I've also experienced excellent results with only one session. Today was my second session, and I'm excited to see how this goes. I highly recommend Envie’s laser treatments since they use the latest technology that ensures everyone receives positive results.

   The result was very impeccable. There is a huge difference to the hair growth. I had all my appointments with Adriana and she is very professional, friendly and makes you feel very comfortable during the appointment. She listens to all the concerns I have and addresses them. I would highly recommend Adriana to anyone who wants to get their laser done.

   Adrianna at Envie is incredible she is so professional and has such a depth of knowledge. She should have her own clinic, I have had incredible results and wouldn’t go anywhere else for laser hair removal. She makes the whole experience very relaxed and always lets you know of any promotions but never puts any pressure on you. Highly recommend! I now have practically zero hair !

   I have had 3 sessions so far at Envie, and the experience has been very positive. I have done sessions at another clinic, but Envie’s services are clearly a winner. Adriana, my therapist, is a great professional which is reflected on her outstanding care for me as a patient. She’s not only a great therapist, but also a fantastic person and a pleasure to talk to. I would 100% recommend Envie for male hair removal sessions if you’re after good price deals and quick results.

   Adriana is the best! Since I’m doing the laser sessions with her I’ve seen a huge improvement. She doesn’t rush and takes her time on each area which I reckon it’s what make the difference if I compare my experience on other places or previous therapists I’ve had in the same place. Furthermore, she is super friendly and well skilled. Definitely, I continue buying packages just because of her.

   I had a very positive experience at the Dalton Street Envie clinic in Manchester. I have now had 3 treatments and the results are amazing from the first session. I have been looked after by Monika and all my appointments are with her. She is very nice and professional. She explained everything in detail. She made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I could notice results from the first laser session, hairs grow really slowly and I have some spots where the hairs are not growing at all. I would definitely recommend Envie to anyone wanting laser hair removal. Anna D.

   I really wish I could pick 0. Worst experience ever. So after 8 years growing my hair and numerous fights with myself I finally had the courage to get my hair cut. My hair length was not too far off my knee and I wanted to get it cut just below my shoulders. I called up this salon explained that I just recently had a bad experience with another salon when I got my patch test done so I'm quite unconfident to go to any hairdressers. The guy on the phone was super helpful and made me feel confident that this place can get the job done.So I booked in. When I got there I explained to the girl that I'm terrified and how big deal this is for me as my hair is literally my crown. I was told that she will take care of me. I paid 134 £ for a balayage and a haircut. I asked for a simple straight cut and an ash brown balayage. As my hair was quite dark I was told that the colour I picked won't happen in the first place as it takes time which I accepted. I left with red tones. Just to mention that when she was doing my hair she was constantly asking for help from the other hairdresser which did not make me feel confident. Anyways.. Once she cut off my hair she curled it straight away obviously not checking if it's straight. I left the salon smiling not knowing how my hair actually looks. I booked in myself for the second balayage for the 24 th of march. I got my hair done on the 3rd of March. Next day I had an important event to attend to so I straightened my hair which was a big mistake. I realised that my hair is uneven. See picture below. She missed out about 1.5 inches. Obviously I couldn't go like this to the event so I had to cancel.I felt embarrassed and devastated. I called up the salon and I explained what happened. The same girl answered who did my hair. She advised me that she cannot fix it the next day as she is fully booked.The salon opens at 09:00 am and I was told later by the manager that nobody is in the salon until 11:00 only her which means if she would have actually cared she would have offered that she comes in early to fix it. No obviously she didn't. She said : I can fix it for you when you come back on the 24th for your next balayage. That's when I lost it. How can someone think after paying 134 £ and receiving an uneven haircut that she is not even bothered to fix thinks I will go back to her or to this salon? This girl ruined my hair. I had to book at another salon for the next day paying again to get it fixed. I have not received any compensation just an apology and offer to fix it by the manager which I did not accept as I never ever will be going back to this salon.Very unhappy with service I received.
