   I visited this chiropractor for the first time last Tuesday, and I’m really glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The chiropractor took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what he was looking for, and walk me through each step of the adjustment. The treatment itself was gentle but effective—I felt noticeable relief right away, especially in my lower back and neck. He also gave me helpful guidance on posture and stretches I can do at home.

   FANTASTIC! I have been suffering from back pain for 5 years due to an L4 disc bulge. I was in a lot of pain for the past 4 weeks and visited two physiotherapists and one chiropractor, with no results at all. My colleagues introduced me to this place yesterday and said that everyone calls him the “Jesus Christ of back pain.” After only one treatment, I can confirm that this is absolutely true. I was extremely impressed with the treatment I received. This is the best back clinic—I highly recommend it to anyone with back pain.

   Today was my first session and I already feel good effects. I had a kayak accident and my upper back has been killing me. The first session was about fully understanding my situation, and providing a mix of treatments that have, in combination, started improving my back. I felt heard and understood, which was very important to me. They will also send me exercises to do at home. Looking forward to continuing with the treatment and getting back on track with my body!!

   I had a persistent pain in the front of my shoulder for a long time. I’d been to many different physiotherapists and none of them really took the time to listen and understand my pain, wasting my time (and money) with pointless exercises and physio sessions that did not help at all. However, after a few sessions with Aryan at Active Care Clinic, my shoulder pain has improved massively and is almost completely gone! He is an all round great guy that is empathetic, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend - if you’ve tried the rest, maybe it’s time to try the best!

   I suffered with back pain for over 2 years and then I found Mark at Active care. He immediately noticed things that several other physiotherapists and back pain specialists didn’t point out to me. Since seeing Mark my pain has reduced significantly and my posture has massively improved along with my knowledge of how to maintain a healthy posture. I understand why he is commonly referred to as Jesus Christ. Would highly recommend to anyone suffering with back pain/ posture issues.
