   Shocking customer experience. Turned up for my appointment in Wilmslow, but it had closed down without warning despite having an sms reminder for that location that morning. To this date still haven’t been refunded for my appointment and it was over 5 weeks ago. They have however offered a refund of £2 for fuel. £2! Shocking.

   I paid £50 to speak to a specialist because I was getting so upset trying different things for my acne scars that weren’t working. I thought that if I was paying, I would be able to get some expert advice. I don’t have lots of money, I use all spare money I do have to try and fix my skin so I really had hoped this would help. Instead, I felt as though I was the one suggesting things that might help. Many of the suggestions were ‘yes perhaps’. She in the end suggested CO2 laser, which I had enquired about originally. I was then told, they don’t actually do it in Manchester. She took photos and emailed someone in Chester, with the response ‘I have emailed, but we’re busy so it’s unlikely she will even call you back’. I feel really upset that I paid £50 to come away more confused as to what I MIGHT need, to find out they don’t do it in Manchester as advertised and they don’t really care anyway as they are too busy. I would not recommend these at all. And after speaking to other clinics after, I was told they were not recommended. Avoid.

   Just turned up for my appointment at Albert square only to find the doors locked and no notice at all. Only after calling, it said they have "ceased all trading" and to visit the website. There is no other information or contact available or email... I have paid a lot of money for my treatments and they were going great with Jenny (who was fantastic). I am extremely disappointed and expect a full refund given I was promised a service after paying and I am no longer receiving due to the company ceasing trading.

   I have used this place twice already and the services from all the staff have been top notch, the manager is a lovely person. I have nothing to complain about so far. My second time I had a staff named Diana, she is such a lovely person, she was with me through out all my sessions and made me feel comfortable. She is an amazing staff. I count myself lucky to have been assigned to her.

   I have used this clinic for a long time now. The first time was about 4 years ago (I probably went there for about 18 months)…and I went back again recently. Sadly, the quality of service has changed dramatically, reception girls are very unfriendly, rude at times…the staff carrying out the treatments very indifferent to your needs, they make you feel unwelcome like you’re taking up their time, even though you’re paying a lot of money to get the treatment done…I won’t be going back!

   Not really happy with the service for the price I paid. When I made the initial call and advised what my issue was I was told it would be looked at and the clinic does cover this issue. Therefore I made an appointment to see a doctor at a cost of £150.00. Got to the appointment was seen 20min late. Once we saw the doctor he did advise me but very much an overview advise rather then anything in depth but really my issue was not cosmetic so I should have been told that when discussed at the initial call. I should have seen a dermatologist not a doctor at the skin clinic which I now know is more of a cosmetic clinic. I was prescribed 4 different skin medication. 2 I have had before which were ok but something I could get on prescription from my doctor and the other 2 I struggled to find at 4 different pharmacies. I called the clinic back to discuss this however was not called back. I would not use this clinic again. I didn’t feel that for the money I paid it was absolutely not worth it. Feel very disappointed.

   Visited the mole clinic with my wife. The nurse was very professional and organised. She was clearly very knowledgeable and reassuring. She photographed the spot and sent it to the dermatologist who reviewed it and emailed us the result in under 2 hours. Outstanding service. If you have any worries about any spots on your skin, this is definitely the place to go.
