I’ve had many wonderful experiences with my laser hair removal specialist Wesley! She’s always made me feel so comfortable right from the beginning. She’s always been very professional and attentive towards tailoring my journey and really cares about her clients. I would highly recommend her and the service I’ve received!
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Yesterday, I went in for my half-face laser treatment. Normally, I book this online, but that option has been removed. Instead, I booked lip and chin, which showed a 10-minute appointment. My usual half-face treatment doesn’t even take 10 minutes to complete. Initially, I was told they couldn’t do the half-face treatment. After I explained the situation, the technician eventually agreed to proceed with the half face. However, after the treatment was completed, I was informed that I would be charged for a full-face session—even though only half of my face was treated. The justification given was that it was “more cost-effective.” While I understand that point, it should have been clearly explained before the procedure. I was only informed at the payment stage. Had I known I would be charged for a full face, I would have used the service accordingly. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was extremely disappointing. The manager appeared visibly displeased when I came to make the payment, seemingly because I had only done half face—even though the entire procedure took less than 10 minutes. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. I travelled nearly an hour for this appointment, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced such behaviour here. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this place to others.
I had the best experience with Delia at Laser Clinics Manchester. I have received a half-treatment plan before, but came to Laser Clinics UK to finish it off, and the whole establishment is so much more professional, painless, and effective than my previous experience. Delia especially is so knowledgeable, polite, and makes me feel like I’m in great hands. Her professionalism and skill are some of the best I’ve seen. I will be continuing here because of the whole overall experience, but I also hope to continue being treated by her in particular.

Hi. I recently got laser hair removal from half face to get hair removed from my jawline, chin and upper lips. Even after taking 10 sessions, I am getting hair like crazy on my face. I paid so much for these 10 treatments but 0 results. I have attached photos for the reference too. The hair has not even gone less, they grow at the same rate as they used to before I got laser done. Had I known I would be getting no results, I would have opted some other place .
I am costumer of Laser Clinics in Manchester since about a year. My last appointment was on 24th of Feb for laser hair removal. I am very satisfied with the results so far, the advice, the knowledge and the kindness of the staff. During my first session, a member of the staff explained in much detail how laser works and when I will start seeing results. Although I was hesitating to believe them at the beginning, as I kept completing the sessions and follow the staff's advice, I was seeing big improvement. The prices are always very reasonable and the discounts are amazing and quite frequent.
I’ve always been self conscious of my body hair as I have quite dark hair. Started seeing results after just one session and as I will never look back! Staff are accommodating whilst make you feel at ease. Rebecca was the perfect balance of chatty and professional, 100% recommend!
I have been coming here since it opened! The staff including owner are all lovely and so helpful! They are so friendly and are not stuck up like other salons in the area! I have been having my session with Aliya I recommend her whole heartily. Results are showing really well quickly. She is very friendly, knows what she is doing, very patient and goes at the pace you are comfortable with taking mini breaks when you need it. I have recommended her to my family and friends and they bought sessions with her, most comfortable therapist I have ever had sessions with from many different companies. :)
