Had my appointment with Vanshika Patel for 2 teeth to be extracted. She was warm, kind, friendly & put me at ease as I don’t like needles in my mouth. The experience wasn’t as daunting as I thought it would be & I think this was down to Vanshika with her friendly manner. The whole family is registered at the practice. Clean and bright premises. Staff are friendly, caring and professional. We have had a few different dentists at the practice as we are a larger family and have had no issues at all. We have also had to make emergency appointments during our time at the practice and have manged to be seen the same day or within 24hrs.
You couldn't find a kinder, more thorough dentist than Venay. His service level is excellent. He always takes time to listen to you and explain things properly and does not try to do extra work when it isn't needed! He looks after our whole family and we all trust him implicitly. Great advice & a big smile with it!
I recently registered as a new patient at Downing Dental. The staff were extremely friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Nothing was too much trouble. I was seen by Dr Parmar. She carried out a thorough examination including X-rays and explained everything to me thoroughly. She was very professional and friendly and put me at ease straight away. The level of care I received was exceptional and I can not fault the service I received. I am happy to have found a friendly dentist and dental practice that I can keep going back to :)
I have been going to this dentist for over 10+ years and have always had excellent experiences. I am an extremely nervous patient but all the dentists that I have seen have and the lovely hygienist have always been very understanding and kind. The nurses and the receptionists are very helpful and friendly. I am very pleased with the service I get at Downing Dental Practice.
Iv been to downing Dental a few times and have always had a good experience. I found the dentists to be very professional and actually care about you as a person and not just another patient(iv had a few cries in the chair and always come away feeling possitive) the nurses also make you feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and Family.
