   Well what can I say, I took my dad whos 84 to your Dental Practice today. Hes frightened to death as had a bad experience when he was younger. What a lovely young lady Tiegan is on reception.    Been a patient here since childhood with regular Hygienist appointments. At a recent visit I was seen by Ozgen(?), a lovely Locum who was absolutely brilliant! Really friendly and clearly very good at what she does. I've had gum issues for quite some time and Ozgen really helped by explaining how I could work between visits to make things better. It wasn't just a visit for treatment as it usually is. it will be a huge loss to the practice when she leaves I shall be really sorry that she is not part of the permanent staff.

   After developing an insane fear of dentists through terrible experiences at various practises as an adult patient, I avoided the dentists for many years. I’ve had 3 appointments with Deo over the past month, he has absolutely been incredible. Instantly calming, talks you through each step, checks in with you throughout your treatment. Very thorough with your treatment. I’ll be booking for 6 monthly checkups with Deo. Thank you so much. Also to note Sarah the dental nurse & attending student, we’re also very friendly, reassuring and knowledgable, preparing everything before being asked is a super power! Super smooth team :) Thank you !

She was so lovely with my daughter, she spoke to her directly, not to me about her, asked her lots of questions and really helped ease her anxiety of being in a clinical setting.    Had an appointment with Dr Rae recently, honestly went amazing. She was very kind, sweet and took time to answer my questions, whilst breaking down all the information so it was easy for me to understand The nurse Amiee was also very kind and helped the process be swift :) I usually hate dental appointments but the experience was very pleasant and I highly recommend!

   I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Coleshill Dental Practice for their care and attentiveness. I have had recent surgery undertaken by Sanjeev Ramrakha; throughout my surgery not only did Sanjeev take good care of me and communicated to me throughout the whole procedure, but the two other dental practitioners were also golden with their care and attention, unfortunately I got the name of one which was Sherie but not the other lady; I would like to say a big Thank You to both as you both put me at ease and definitely gave me excellent care and showed true empathy. As for Sanjeev if anyone is thinking of having an implant done, he is your man, he is very professional, thorough and excellent in his work, together with before and after care communication. Thank You All.

   Just want to share my experience of Coleshill Dental Centre and share an honest review. In January i had a little scare and having contacted them over my worries they saw me very quickly. All the staff here have been amazing and friendly and they soon put my mind at ease. They really do have the patient at the heart of their care and have shown me true compassion in what they do. Can not thank you enough and will always be grateful. Good to see that patient centred care still exists especially in the current times of Covid.

   Excellent and very professional service provided from Coleshill Dental Centre. I was experiencing nerve pain from a twenty year old filling in my upper left molar.
