    I have issue with reception service. Whenever I try to call to book an appointment, either phone service is disconnected or after a long wait the call is dropped. My dentist Ziad is a fabulous clinician. But this matters once I have secured an appointment with him, this has become an issue in recent months. Today was my 3rd attempt to try and secure appointment for myself ... I am very disappointed

    I was disappointed to recently book an appointment with the surgery only to receive a call 24 hours later informing me that I was no longer on their patient list and they could not treat me going forward. Having been with the practice, in its various forms, for around 40 years, I found this sudden change disheartening and reflective of the inconsistent service I’ve experienced in recent years

    I had to use the private dentist as I'd been bumped off the NHS list as it had been a year since I last visited (no reminder sent out) Tooth refilled, but I'm still in pain and no other appointments available for 2 weeks with the dentist I saw. And would have to start (payment) from scratch again if I switched to one of their other dentists??? Staff all very friendly and dentist is good.

    I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at this practice. After canceling a dental appointment, I was due a full refund. However, the receptionist initially refunded the amount minus £9. When she asked me to present my card again to process the remaining refund, she mistakenly charged me an additional £9 instead. I only noticed this error a few days later when I checked my bank statement. When I called to clarify the situation, the receptionist was extremely rude, shouting over me and refusing to listen. Despite my repeated requests for her to stop and allow me to explain, she continued yelling and eventually hung up on me. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Thankfully, when I called back, I spoke with a gentleman who was very professional. He listened to my concerns, reviewed the records, acknowledged the mistake, and promptly processed the correct refund of £18. While I truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue, the way the receptionist treated me was unacceptable and felt bullying. No customer should have to deal with such unprofessional behavior. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer service in the future.

    My son had private orthodontics braces with Mr Saddiq, it was very professional but friendly and the whole process was quicker than initially thought. There were payment options available which helped enormously. The staff were helpful and friendly and I have been inspired for my own dental treatment with this practice.

    Ref Khalid and Charlotte Fantastic result with air cleaning of my teeth after a two year lapse. Well worth this extensive half hour long procedure. Khalid very attentive: checking regularly if I was ok while Charlotte made sure the liquid spray used was cleared from my mouth at all times. The best my teeth have ever looked after a clean and polish since my 20s (now in my late 60s). Thank you both!
