I’ve struggled to find a dentist for a while but eventually found this one. I’m really anxious about the dentist but I had a 5* experience. The receptionist was really polite and helpful. Waiting room was lovely and spacious. I saw dentist Grover. I explained that I was anxious and they talked me through everything which I’ve never had before. No judgement from not being able to get in any sooner even though I had cracked a tooth. My treatment plan was fully explained to me and the dentist I saw was really knowledgable. My mind was really put at ease and changed my perspective on going to the dentist. I’ve got to go back to have work done but no longer feel anxious about it as I was made to feel so at ease. Will definitely be recommending this dentist. Thank you so much!
Called to see if I could get an emergency appointment. They got me in within an hour! The receptionist was welcoming and Tahreema was amazing. She explained everything in detail to me, sorted out my problem even though she didn't really have time and walked me through what I needed doing next. Would recommend to anyone!
Dr Chilingirova is an amazing dentist. For someone who has always been scared and doesn’t like going to the dentist, she’s lovely and so careful whenever I need any work done. She’s very patient and truly makes a dentist visit as pleasant as it can possible be!
Hednesford practice was fine for annual check ups, but as an NHS customer when I broke a tooth last year and needed urgent treatment, due to a sharp piece of tooth constantly cutting my tongue, they were going to make me wait 2 months for an appointment due to a dentist having quit recently. They offered a private appointment but even then I would have had to wait for over a month! I had to go elsewhere far out of my area for private treatment, since no other local Dentists were taking on new NHS patients. Probably won’t be going back.
I booked my son in to see the hygienist for 4.40pm. I was contacted late morning to say that the appointment had been cancelled for that afternoon, no reason was given. Two days later I called in to the Practice to ask for another appointment only to be told that they had cancelled the previous one as my son was the only patient that day and it wasn’t fair to ask the hygienist to come in for one patient .
Hi just to say that I have been to my dentist in Hednesford and the treatment was very much appreciated by my self and would recommend them to my family.
Arrived for my sisters appointment for a supposed hole in her tooth. They examined my sisters tooth and said she had a hole in it and an infection that would require a root canal surgery or a tooth extraction, the surgery itself was not explained and any questions I asked in regards to what they had told her went unanswered and I was ignored multiple times, my sister is young and quite vulnerable so I took control with trying to ask questions so my sister could better understand. We were told to go downstairs and book in for a check up, they couldn’t get in her until the new year for this even though she was in severe pain and it was not explained why she was coming in for another check up when they knew the issue and she needed the surgery to be booked in. Nothing was explained at all and as I work in the NHS in a patient facing role I was appalled at the care given by these healthcare professionals and the lack of communication with patients.
Used this practice for 35 years and experienced change but the dental services provided, whether NHS or private treatments, have been highly maintained. My Dentist are Covid secure in all areas, dental surgeon never keeps you waiting, being very aware of patient’s nervousness! The receptionists are personable and I have to record my personal thanks to Sim, my dental surgeon, who not only has an excellent ‘bedside’ manner, talking you through all stages of your treatment.
Dr Simran was amazing. Initially I was very nervous about going to the dentist, but she kept me calm and made sure the procedure was as comfortable as it could be. The after care advice was thorough and I will definetely be going back for my regular checkups. The staff were covid safe and friendly. Will definetly recommend
