    Normally they’re okay with providing good customer service. Today I asked for help with fitting a wiper blade on my car but he said he’s very busy he can’t do it, there were no customers at all in the shop and he didn’t seem very busy. Poor customer service.

    Totally disregarding and intolerance staff. Applied to work with them as parts advisor - on the interview staff told me there is 3 candidates for that position and I'm the only one with experience as parts advisor (over year in 2 countries and over 5 yrs experience of work with customers - experience was 'must have' in ad) and I live around 1-2 miles of both branches. They never ever call me back only because I'm non-beitish(manager tolds they will call back after one week). Nobody cares about you as a person, so probably as a customer you can expect exactly the same. Totally racist and disrespectful place
