Great place but unfortunately I can't give them 5 stars as some of the newer staff don't know the vehicles as well as they should for this type of work and sent me the wrong part. But it was sorted and the right one sent out promptly
I came here in my Mitsubishi shogun 2016 silver and I came in to get an engine light fixed and fluids and filters replaced. The service was great and it was done the same day however years of my drivings I’ve never had a loss of power and a week later I start to lose power. I’m not happy as I’ve got to spend even more money on fixing this issue now. In the receipt they provided they also put down it runs fine and for years it has until I’d taken my car to them .as I had came from Nottingham they said to me to book another appointment for “further diagnostics” I’m not happy with this outcome and what I’ve spent
Recently had my abs pump gone and even main Mitsubishi motors didn’t have it .found this place mitzy Bitz ,they had the exact part upon providing my registration number ,sent me the quote which was very decent ,and delivery came within a day Then took the shogun for some repairs to mitzybitz Took my vehicle in correctly at the appointment date and time given And the work was very professional and quick Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and any part is readily available and the prices are very reasonable and fair Will surely be a regular customer from now on All the best to Neil and the team

My local garage searched for a part the country over allegedley. 1st phone call I made from a Google search showed MitztyBitz. Neil, a Manager and his staff were outstanding throughout my purchase and subsequent return, even when told I had scrapped the vehicle. Nothing was too hard for them. Other companies need to aspire to this level of customer care. Worthy of special praise.
