My interaction with all the members of staff was great! They were all friendly and super helpful. My first visit was for an emergency appointment and I was booked in for a follow-up appointment soon after. Both of my experiences were great and I will definitely be making this my go to dentist!
Despite the positive reviews and a referral from a local well regarded private dental practice my experience is poor and unprofessional. My dentist recommended this practice for root canal treatment and sent relevant referral details. Renew were quick to contact me and polite. I did my own due diligence, checked registration numbers of Dr, read reviews and spoke at least three times to the practice to ensure they could do what I needed. Having satisfied this I booked on the 23/10/25 for treatment on the 29/10/25. Renew confirmed a two hour slot for completion of treatment. I understood the root canal practitioner worked bi-weekly so felt lucky to have an appointment the following week. Having built myself up for the treatment, and the usual pain that is present when awaiting a root canal. Imagine my shock when I received a call 40 minutes prior to my appointment advising the treatment could not be done, but stating they were happy to do a consultation?!! It took me quizzing Renew to finally be told the dentist (person doing the root canal) had now looked at the x-rays sent as part of the referral a week ago and did not feel he had the right equipment and would need to order equipment. I cannot under why x-rays are being viewed minutes before a root canal procedure. This in my view is totally unacceptable practice and poor treatment preparation. Of course I received an apology and a refund of the deposit paid, but Renew have delayed me getting treatment and ultimately prolonged my pain. If you’ve ever needed a root canal you’ll appreciate the pain involved. Offering to re-book the appointment after displaying such lack of preparation for a long painful procedure was clearly not an option I would consider. Wasted a week of my time. I was actually considering getting black fillings changed to white ones at this practice….. everything for a reason!!! Won’t be back.
I went to Renew Dental yesterdy and it was a really good experience. Dal on reception was great, she was really friendly and easy to chat to. Their online system was down, so we filled out the medical form by hand, but she was super patient and kept everything professional. Got seen within about 10 minutes by Dr Indy, who was brilliant. She explained what she was doing and walked me through everything while cleaning my teeth and even gave me a stress ball, which actually helped a bit to be fair. Really nice team and great vibe all round, would definitely recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience with renew dental has been first class. A few months ago I was in tremendous pain with one of my front teeth. After a trip to the emergency dentist I discovered that I needed re-root canal treatment. I was made aware that this was complex procedure that only a few ‘specialists’ provide. After searching the internet high and low, and after numerous phone calls, I stumbled across Renew Dental. From start to (hopefully) finish my treatment has been superb. My journey hasn’t been without its challenges. I was unfortunate in terms of the pain I experienced for example, due to my issue being such a complex process, but nothing was too much trouble for the staff throughout. As expected I was given appointments promptly when needed, instructions on how to manage the issue, and prescribed medications where necessary. More importantly, I felt as if I was under the care of a practice that genuinely cared, something which in my experience seems to be sadly lacking more and more so in this day and age. If you’re suffering with dental pain, believe me I know what you’re going through but so do these guys!! … you’d be hard pressed to find a better helping hand than Renew Dental. Thank you.
Amazing service from booking an emergency appointment to attending the same day and having to have a filling! Everyone was super friendly and informed me of costs all the way through so no nasty surprises at the end! Would highly recommend.
Best dentist I have been to!!! I’ve been going to this dentist for nearly 2 years now and it was the best decision I made. Indy and the rest of the staff are so kind and make you feel at ease. My gums have improved so much since I first came and I am always satisfied with the outcome that I’ve recommended all my family here and they have also been amazed at the service they received. My younger sister recently came here too and was really happy with her treatment. I definitely recommend giving them a visit, you won’t regret it!
First time visit at this extremely friendly dental practice resulted in a first class experience. Our greeting was warm and welcoming, the waiting area spacious, modern and clean. The business owner, “Indy”, made herself known and was again very friendly, warm and receptive, albeit with an air of absolute professionalism. The treatment went well, was efficient and explanatory. The cost fair and worth every pound. It’s never a “look forward” to any Dental practice appointment but Indy and her fine team at Renew Dental ensured it wasn’t the nightmare it could have been. Will most certainly return and most definitely recommend Renew Dental.
