Me and my mum would like to give Bob and his team a fantastic review of how they all went above and beyond to find a perfect present of lovely hunter wellies and socks. As she was not with us on the day, Bob was more than happy to order in different sizes called me as promised when stock arrived! We will be definitely using their services again!

So happy we headed upstairs in Pearsons and discovered this gem! Amazing service from Bob and his team! I needed to pick up some Birkenstock clogs for my mum's birthday and the selection in store was great. Bob was super helpful and also showed us come other colours and styles available at their other location. We bought a pair and Bob had them brought in within less than 24 hours. Unfortunately they turned out to be a size too big (totally my fault!) But Bob responded to my whatsapp message immediately to say that he could have a new pair available for exchange next day. It took us 2 minutes to make the swap and my mum couldn't be happier! Amazing personal service and a great selection of shoes and trainers. Thanks again!

Really disappointed that I was charged £79.90 for my daughters Kickers (size 4/37) which are priced £62 in JD Sports. I was informed by a shop assistant in Office that this store had bought all their Kickers stock and looks like they’ve whacked up the price ridiculously. The lady who served me in this store said all kickers are that price when I knew in fact they are not! Unfortunately no where else had my daughters size and she was so excited to get them so I didn’t want to let her down. It was only last month I had bought £65 shoes for my daughter from this same shop. I will never shop here again after over pricing and ripping their customers off!!
