Been our family doctor in many generations of our family and we’ve always received amazing care. Always get an appointment for my children if it’s a last minute phone call in the afternoon. Can’t recommend them enough
0 stars if possible. Absolutely terrible building /signage and staff. Had an appointment here. The signage sent me to the wrong place. 30 minutes before I found staff member to tell me I was in the wrong place. Got to the right place and was told had miss my appointment because of terrible signs. I have to now wait another month for an urgent appointment causing more anxiety and worry.
Regularly attend the Radcliffe clinic/medical Centre. Very clean & tidy, and the staff are all very pleasant & professional. The reception staff are always pleasant to deal with. A credit to the NHS. Thank you.
Absolutely fantastic surgery. Well done to Dr Amir for putting my son at ease and being so understanding. The receptionist was so kind. I’m so glad that my son has signed up with this surgery after the shambles at spring lane surgery who in 9 months could not get an appointment for my son- disgrace but this surgery has restored our faith….thank you.
I'm not happy with the call appointment system. I wish they could manage the calls better!

I've just finished an email to the ombudsman to complain about this doctors service . Not only is it impossible to get an appointment or even a telephone appointment, they missed all the signs for my partners diagnosis . He had gone to the doctors multiple times explaining his severe abdominal cramp for him to be sent home with paracetamol. After having to spend a week in the hospital to finally be diagnosed with chrones disease . He's now had a reaction to his new medication and I'm finding it impossible to get through to speak with a doctor!!!
This place is a joke, you can only get an appointment if it's an emergency, if it was an emergency I would go to a&e how the hell am I to know if it is an emergency I'm not a doctor. Can't get on the ask my non existent GP as always down.
Hard to get appointment by phone especially in the morning. Once there always been seen quickly and staff are very good.
