   I’ve had two sessions with Aishwarya one deep tissue massage and one physiotherapy session and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had! I’ve been dealing with shoulder issues for a couple of years and I can already feel the benefits after just these sessions. The massage itself is intense (as a proper deep tissue should be!) but if you’re looking for something that genuinely makes a difference, this is the place to go. Also, a big shoutout to the gentleman at the front desk (apologies I didn’t catch his name). He’s incredibly welcoming and kind, and the whole atmosphere from start to finish is warm, professional, and relaxing. Highly recommend!

   Had an amazing Reiki session with Lucy today & feel like I had a massive weight lifted from my shoulders. Lucy is so tuned into the session she can tell exactly how you are feeling. I came away feeling so much lighter. Highly recommend!

   Great experience. Just had my first massage with Maria. I have had many massages before and do have some ongoing muscular issues, so I know the difference between what is a really good massage for me and what is not so good and set a high bar! Maria listened to what I had said I needed help with and definitely delivered! Nice woman too and I felt relaxed. Slept very well the night after for the first time in a few weeks. It was an excellent massage and I will be booking again.

   Just returned after a Swedish massage with Jennifer. I cannot express how unbelievable it was. I went with my neck and shoulders feeling like they were in a vice, and already I can feel that tension has gone. My partner also had a remedial massage and was equally impressed on how it felt afterwards. All staff are friendly and professional, would highly recommend

   Had an Indian head massage with Lucy, and a deep tissue massage with Ida. Both ladies are amazing at their jobs. From reception to the treatment everyone was very caring and thoughtful. The therapists are experienced and both made sure to ask what I was looking to work on. Great service from start to finish. We'll definitely be back.

   I have visited twice now for a wellbeing package with Oliwia. She is a miracle worker and has helped alleviate so the stress caused my busy lifestyle. Not only is she a brilliant massage therapist, but the treatment is much more holistic than you get elsewhere - by this, I mean she incorporates gentle touches too, to really relax your mind and feel cared for and supported. I highly recommend Oliwia for busy mums like me. She gives lots general wellbeing advice too and has changed the way I feel about myself and look after myself.
