   Attended Yardley Dental today (a Sunday afternoon) and was greeted warmly and seen to by the dentist within minutes of arrival, Dentist asked what the problem was, took X-rays of the affected area and explained the options available to me and issued me a prescription of antibiotics to get rid of the infection and relieve the pain….. all this for £50!!!! I hate the dentist but due to the treatment I received today I’m returning in a few weeks for a root canal. Honestly really good people

   It’s my second time here, had my teeth deep clean. Staff are very kind and welcoming. The place is clean and has a great ambiance. The procedure was done well and the dentist explained everything recommended some stuff to use to keep everything okay. Really good. Will definitely come back to do some cleaning again after few months. Glad I found this dental place.

   Booked an appointment online and received a confirmation. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told that there was nothing in the system under my name. I showed the receptionist confirmation and he agreed that it was strange. They ended up being able to fit me in 30 mins later, however the service felt completely rushed. They had me get up out of the chair and start leaving twice before they sat me back down to do a part of the service that they had forgotten about. The appointment was strange, the dentist kept telling me that they don’t believe in flossing and that I don’t need to get my teeth cleaned very often. Things that you really wouldn’t expect from a Dental practitioner? When going to the counter at the end to pay, I was overcharged £50 more than I was quoted. I once again showed the receptionist the confirmation including the cost and he said that that was not the service that I received. They gave me a service that I did not want or ask for and then charged me for it. I ended up paying the extra anyway, and then got a call on my way home stating that they would be refunding me the £50. It has been over a month since my appointment and the refund has never come.

   An amazing experience from start to finish. I had composite bonding on my front tooth from my NHS dentist a couple of months back which came apart. I got in touch on the Friday and was booked in on the Sunday. I'm so grateful to all at The Yardley Dental Clinic as the tooth is back to normal and perfect. The staff on reception, and dentist were all really friendly and couldn't be more welcoming. I am really grateful for the dentist and his invaluable advice on future work on my teeth. If you are ever caught short, these guys are best placed to sort you out. Thankyou so much!
