Dr. Imran is a very good doctor. He listens to the patient with great patience. I always request that appointments for myself and my children be made only with Dr. Imran. Ayesha bilal

One of the worst GP practices I have ever had the displeasure of attending. I was at this practice for 20 years and was finally able to escape and get to a new practice when I moved out of the area. Perhaps things have changed since I attended several years ago but my memories of the place and how they treated me has genuinely left me with trauma around medical professionals. They over prescribed me several conflicting medications, when I was scared about taking them and asked both the GP and several pharmacy workers downstairs if they were safe to take together I was constantly reassured that they were, for several months I was incredibly unwell both mentally and physically , I begged for help and they wouldn’t listen and kept dismissing it as mental health issues, it turned out I had Serotonin syndrome and nearly died as a result of their mistakes. For a long time both my carer and I would ask the pharmacy and GP for help and explain what was going on but each time it was dismissed. If just one person had thought to stop and look at the two medications I was on they would have seen that you are never to take them together do to the high risk of developing serotonin syndrome which can be fatal. It wasn’t until I decided to do my own research that we discovered what it was. When we told the GP he started panicking and told me to stop my medication immediately because it was in fact serotonin syndrome. I was left to cold turkey it alone. No check up to see if I was still okay, no help with medication or support to help ease the process. Completely left alone with no support from them after them nearly killing me due to negligence. After coming off the medication it took 2 years to finally feel better mentally and physically from the toll it took on my mind and body. After this incident I finally left the surgery and have been receiving amazing care elsewhere. Before this incident and throughout my time here I was always gaslit about my pain and other ailments. When I brought up the possibility of being autistic I was told no without even hearing what I had to say, and pressured into taking high strength anti depressants. Through getting an assessment elsewhere it turned out I was autistic and also had ADHD, through the diagnosis’ and getting the help I needed I no longer needed the anti depressants because I actually got the care my condition needed to help me navigate through the world. Everytime I came to the numerous GPs about stomach issues, joint pain, fatigue, migraines, etc things I had been complaining about for 10+ years at that point I was always told “growing pains” , to lose weight, or that it’s normal for women to experience pain. Referrals would often not go anywhere. After changing GP surgeries and getting basic testing it turned out I had several conditions: PCOS, hypermobility syndrome, Coeliacs Disease, Bile Acid Malabsorption Syndrome, and fibromyalgia. If Delamere bothered to listen to me and due their jobs it would have saved me years of pain and damage to my body. From what I recall the staff at reception were hit and miss too. Some were really lovely whilst plenty of them were incredibly rude and cold and couldn’t care less what you were saying to them. The pharmacy was constantly late with prescriptions , even if I put them in 10 days beforehand they still wouldn’t have them ready and would go days without my meds and go into withdrawal. The whole place was constantly a disorganised mess. I hate this place with a burning passion for their negligence.

I had an appointment with the doctor Imran today and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. They were so helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions and recommending the right next steps for me, including an X-ray and a blood test. I really appreciate how well they listened to me.

I had a telephone consultation (my choice) with Laura today. I was dealt with very sympathetically and professionally. She explained all the available options in great detail, outlining pros and cons of each. It was a very thorough consultation and I was extremely impressed. Thank you

My experiences with this surgery have always been great. The staff are friendly and accommodating and always do their best to support me and my family. They are a busy surgery and there is pressure in the system but the same is true everywhere at the moment. The team work incredibly hard doing a difficult job and I appreciate them all massively.

Booked an appointment which I thought was at 1.40 but when I checked in the checking system my appointment was at 2.45. It was my fault so checked in as it was pointless going home. Did mention to the receptionists that I got the time wrong but they said have you checked in which I already had. I was still sat waiting at 15.05 when queried the computer showed I was a no show. I could make a new appt. What’s the point. I had have problems with my blood pressure and the tablets I am now taking I had been having a few side effects. I will not be back.

I met with an amazing person for my appointment today called Laura (PA) she sat and listened to everything I had to say and answered every question I had, I felt at ease talking to her, she didn't judge me, or look down at me, she booked another appointment to discuss further. After being at this doctors surgery for the past 8 years all the doctors i have seen i have been pretty useless and i have always been spoken down to. I have never come out of the surgery feeling like something had actually listened to me and that i got my problems across .Delemere surgery you need to have more staff like laura. I cant thank her enough. Laura, you are amazing, and thank you so much
