I am waiting for a refund from VIVO because this Manchester Airport site is not up and running although it shows it is on GOOGLE MAPS. They have a strict policy of non refundable tests to protect themselves from changes in situations. Although the Manchester address comes up, it is not clear until you've bought the test that isn't not located at the airport. AWAITING REFUND. FEEL MANIPULATED. and on top of that their employee said that nobody uses google maps to find businesses. AWAITING REFUND...
