Very good mental health doctor that actually cares about wat u think and actually listens to u also u don't wait that long been using this gp for 7 years
All the GPs and receptionists here are amazing, I can’t sing there praises enough. I honestly never struggle to get an appointment for myself or my kids on the same day! They never make me feel bad about how often i’m there with them even when i’m feeling embarrassed. I have previously left a negative review over 1 experience a couple of years ago but I completely take it back… unfortunately I can’t delete it. I can’t recommend Tregenna enough as a GP practice. Thankyou so much everyone for all your help
I have requested help several times for my sister who has learning difficulties. The reception staff, nurses, and doctors have all been very kind and professional, and on occasion, they have gone above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much to the entire team for all the support provided. Eternally grateful.
I hear nothing but bad reviews regarding Doctors being so unreliable and not caring about people needing help quickly. But, I needed a renewal doctor’s note urgently and I was very surprised that I received mine after 2 actual minutes after asking for it. Credit where credit is due. Thank you Tregenna.
The one star isn't a reflection on any of the doctors or nurses but purely for the staff in reception who are terribly incompetent, rude, always lying to coverup/hide their ridiculously below par work rate. Oh & genuinely have been on the receiving end of threatening behaviour by the reception staff. I find it truly shocking people who act like this in the workplace are even allowed to work/represent the NHS
Takes forever to get through to the reception (over an hour one time). Not a good look for a Dr's surgery.
I’m in good health most of the time so I can only comment on my personal experience. On the rare occasions I’ve been they’ve always managed to get me an appointment and have been helpful. I’ve always worked and paid Into System all my life so have my parents and kids so I’d expect a good service from there as I’ve more than paid my fair share. Not like a lot. Anyway, the service is great and the nhs is so fantastic it could bring a tear to a glass eye. Well done guys keep doing what you’re doing because the nhs is the envy of the world. Don’t let the tories take it from you
This is the best doctors surgery I have had. They have always seen to any of our problems right away. You don't have to wait ages to see or speak to a doctor. We are lucky as others can't even get through to their doctor including my sisters who have surgeries in other area. My sister even wants ro register but she lives out of the area.
Joined this gp at the beginning of the pandemic with my son and New born daughter. They have given us the upmost best care possible. They always go above and beyond, deal with matters promptly and I have never struggled to get help immediately. Given the strain on gp practices currently this hasn't dimmed the level of care this practice gives. I was with my previous gp practice for 26 years and I never received close to the level of care i have here. A massive thank you to all staff
Nothing wrong at all with either the recepionists or doctors. Been with this practice for 37 years and yes there have been a couple of minor issues, but these were soon sorted out...The receptionists are hard working, cheerful and listen to what you have to say. The doctors do not rush you at all, they sit and listen then endeavour to tell you what they feel is wrong and give you the appropriate medication.....This morning I took a friend into reception at 10.20am. The receptionist gave her the option of either an telephone appointment, or a face to face one which was what she opted for. At 11.00am she was seen by a doctor and the consultation lasted for 25 mins. Try beating that is all I can say...So thank you very much Tregenna
