Had an appointment with Yusuf Malik and he is very kind and funny. Very informative aswell with me wanting to check out Invisalign. He made sure I understood any problems I had with my teeth and gums and I was finally able to understand fully
I haven't been with this surgery long but I am very pleased with them. Both my dentist and my hygienist are very friendly and I feel confident in the treatment I have had so far. I have been given options for some specialist treatment I need but don't feel under any pressure at all as to my choice of treatment. I would definitely recommend West Heath Dental surgery.

Had an appointment today at 3:40 PM and couldn’t find the clinic. I called to say I was nearby and just five minutes late, but the receptionist refused to give me the address and said I wouldn’t be seen. I had to search online and found a different address, eventually arriving at the clinic. Once there, I was met with disrespectful behaviour from two staff members who lacked basic communication skills, empathy, and courtesy. I was then told I’m no longer allowed to attend their clinic due to “company policy,” with no explanation. Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and support. Patients deserve better.
Excellent dentist. Rarely struggle to get booked in, always see the same dentist, all the staff are friendly. I was 5 years without a dentist, found this one and by then it was too late to save a bad tooth, it was completely hollow inside. However this dentist manage to pull it out delicately without breaking the tooth, which would have resulted in more work.
A very bad service with an Asian dentist in 2016. They ripped me off. i paid more than £1100 just to pull out my 3 teeth to replace them by false teeth that never worked and broke weeks after. Damaged my gun too. I would not advice someone to have same experience as mine. Still suffering!!
Had an appointment booked in with Sharon today and it was first time meeting her and let me just tell yous, that she did an incredible job. (Polishing and removing stains). She was the nicest dentists I’ve ever met. I would definitely recommend her to everyone. Thank you Sharon for making me feel so welcome and for doing a great job ❤️
Phoned up on Friday the 29th July to be told that Jazz the brilliant hygienist has now left which is such a shame, I asked to be told where she now works so I can continue treatment with her. The receptionist refused to tell me stating that she wasn’t allowed to tell me. What a joke ! times must be hard if your that “petty” as a business, and just goes to show the appalling level of service at this dentist . To think these people probably classed jazz as a friend but won’t point her loyal clients in the right direction. What has this world come to ?
I have been coming here for years never had a problem as a paying patient however my 3 year old son does not get the same experience. His appointments been cancelled many times as the dentist is always out or on holiday childrens teeth are so important but children here are not as cared for now got to wait another 2 months before he gets his teeth sorted now good enough really
