   I honestly can’t say enough good things about Hazelwood dental practice. I’ve never been a big fan of going to the dentist, but everyone here makes the experience so easy and comfortable. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and kindness. I’ve been seen by Amrit and Mr Singh on different occasions for a check up, they are both very experienced dentists! I’ve also had my teeth cleaned but Javed the hygienist. My appointment was gentle but thorough and you can tell they truly care about their patients as they really take the time to explain everything and make sure you feel okay every step of the way. The surgery is very clean and modern too, which makes the whole visit feel even more relaxed. I actually left feeling happy after a dental appointment, something I never thought I’d say.

   After having my initial treatment at Scott arms and them not following through. I visited Hazelwood dental practice to continue my treatment. From the beginning, meeting the receptionists, I felt very welcomed and received all the information required. I was then booked in with Monica, I was welcomed with a smile. Monica proceeded to ask how I was, explaining all the treatment and ensuring I received adequate local anaesthetic to make this a pain free experience. Monica explained everything including prices and asked if I had any questions. I didn’t have any questions as everything was well explained. Having experienced an appointment with Monica, there is nothing I can fault! I received a significantly high standard of patient centred care. I felt at ease throughout the procedure and relief upon completion. I will definitely be returning for any further dental work required. 10/10 service Would highly recommend

   Trust me, I have never been to a dentist for a long time. Dr Monicas Service, they were very knowledgeable She explained the banding system .    This afternoon I had a tooth extracted by Monica, and wanted to leave a review to say that although not the nicest thing to have done, I could not have been in better hands. She talked to me throughout the whole procedure, made sure I had plenty of pain relief, and let me know how to look after the extraction site afterwards. She is not my regular dentist, but I would have no hesitation in recommending her, or seeing her again. A pleasure to visit.

   Monica is the worst dentist I've ever been to and I've been to many. This is based on MANY horrific appointments with her. I have never come across someone that awful at their job, that they are getting paid to do. Very unprofessional, cranky and does half a job of checking for any dental problems and doesn't follow full protocol for the problems she chooses to actually address. If you're in pain, expect her to NOT accommodate though it is in her very job description to do so. Walked out of this surgery with 2 issues she failed to mention - the issue I went in for continued and I got a second opinion and apparently rightfully so - even though she saw them. Or maybe she just really is just that incompetent. Deregistering. Fair warning to whoever is unlucky enough to end up here - I would recommend you try anywhere else.

   Really happy with the treatment I’ve received both by my dentist, Mr Singh, and the hygienist. Some reviews are misleading and unhelpful, particularly the one prior to this. The practice is not currently taking on new patients. Simple? It appears that because he/she were wanting to become a new patient but were turned down the dentist is rubbish, and they’re not going there again (not that they’d been there before....)?

   From moment I walked in to the surgery on my first visit the staff were just brilliant. Great atmosphere & the dental surgeon himself was very professional & made my entire experience most enjoyable. I will now use them all the time. Highly recommended this surgery. Absolutely top notch. Beats any other dentist I've ever used...you won't be disappointed I promise.
