Ryan handled my enquiry. Amazingly helpful and flexible. He was able to adapt my appointment at short notice and nothing was too much trouble whilst trying to make arrangement. Very professional, helpful and human! Whilst none of us enjoy pre-employment drug screening, the appointment was relaxing and friendly.

Crystal Health Group provided me with everything I needed to make progress in a Civil Court matter. From my first phone call to receiving my results (on multiple occasions). There staff and sample collectors are and have always remained very professional, non judgemental, friendly and kind. While there will be other providers offering a similar service. I would note that "Crystal Health Group" is a highly recommended and legitimate recognized company. That the Courts are very familiar with. Overall I found there service to be fair and informative. Whole process is easy to follow. The team I spoke with initially over the phone were based in Manchester. They clarified which tests I would need and made the booking for me at the Centre that was nearest to where I live and everything went very smoothly. The Centre I was tested at in High Wycombe was easy to find and had parking just outside. The person who completed my tests made me feel more comfortable . I had not undertaken the tests before and so did not know what to expect. He put me at my ease, explaining exactly what would happen and what would be expected of me. The results came through to me in just a few days and I would definitely recommend this service and the very professional team that you'll be dealing with.
My whole experience with Crystal Health Group was very positive from the start. They were quick to respond, providing all information needed. Everyone was very helpful, understanding and very patient. They went an extra mile to make sure our deadlines for the tests were met and were very accommodating with last minute changes we required. I would highly recommend their services!
Phoned Crystal Health in the morning and by midday the girl on the phone had got me an appointment . And the Guy that came to do the test was absolutely spot on very polite and understanding. Everything went well and i received all the paperwork i needed in good time. So i would like to thank all the staff at Crystal Health for there help and understanding with my situation. My experience was mixed. I contact the number and spoke to an adviser. The payment did not reflect the request, this was confirmed during another call. I understood once the sample was taken it would take 3-5 days to get the results. I emailed in with my questions which received on reply. I phone to confirm payment and only then did it seem acknowledgement of payment was communicated. After a already stressful time the advises created more stress and worry as the information differed from the first call. As a result he was put on employment termination notice. The only good points was the interaction of the sample being taken, and the location assessablitiy.
I had a visit to my house. Very informative and helpful when booking on the phone and got a test booked quickly. The test experience was very pleasant. The whole process was positive and quick with minimal hassle and I felt safe at all times. Staff were lovely. Results were with me within a couple of days Would come to crystal health again and recommend to anyone looking :)
