Brilliant experience with Podiatry for a family member to have toe nail surgery. Janet & Trish were absolutely amazing at putting them to ease and made the experience extremely positive. Everything was clearly explained and they were happy to answer any queries
Waited an hour to see the doctor, to then be rushed out of the appointment as quickly as possible, not resolving or taking my concerns seriously. When asking the doctor a question regarding health concerns, there response was "I don't know, everyone is different". No advice on monitoring the situation thereafter.
Great place, very clean. Receptionist was very helpful, professional and polite. Doctor was very good, explained everything very well. Really put my concerns at ease. Full five stars from me! February 2025
Blood pressure issues... Sky high for last 2 years. From the moment I met Dr Khan I don't believe he took me seriously. Was told someone would call me to arrange a BP monitor within 3 weeks. Got a message to say the monitor was available... Never ever got the phone call to arrange the appointment.... That was my first visit to see them in 15 years... I wonder why....
The doctor that was on duty on the 27/02/2023 was very rude and it didn’t make me and my daughter comfortable at all. It was really bad
In reception is working soo much arrogant and not helpful people Them can't even stand from them chair. Them is talking rude to the people who really coming there for help. Them don't shut working around the peple!!!!!
Went yesterday for covid booster. People told to wear masks yet the woman shouting your number and checking the questions on the form had her mask under her chin ! Also asking questions for all in the waiting area to hear. Chairs extremely close together Receptionist calling me by first name which is not appreciated. Person giving the vaccine did not wash or sanitise her hands. Not impressed.
Worst practice ever, you need to be extremely lucky to make appointment- sorry phone call. Even if you calling for emergency appointment for 3year old kid it is still phone call consultation ( all of them probably have a super powers to check throat remotely ).
Absolutely shocking. Had a covid vaccine appointment booked for 3 weeks and when we got here told they were doing walk ins as well so we had to join the back of the queue and there was 33 people in front of us. Why let you make an appointment with a specific time then just completely did-regard it. My grandma is 92 and was waiting for nearly an hour. Sort it.
