   A patient since the Practice opened……….I am always pleased with the service I have received. Professional expertise is paramount, mixed with friendliness and warmth. I had an extraction and a filling yesterday and the only discomfort was the anaesthesia injection. The aftercare instructions were fully explained……..there were no after effects to me I wholeheartedly recommend this Practice and as an 88 year old I write from experience !!!!!

   I have been visiting the surgery with my daughter for over 12 years. The dentist is amazing and always gives us the best advice. All the staff are nice, approachable and understanding. The receptionist is wonderful and reminds me of upcoming appointments in advance! Highly recommended.

   Have been attending for a good few years. Service is always the best you can have. Practice : is kept very clean & tidy. Receptionist : Very helpful polite & professional Dentist & Dental Nurse : Again polite & professional always make you feel comfortable, put at ease with all procedures explained with advised on after care treatment also given.

   I'd been going to this dental practice for over 10 years and always had an excellent experience. I don't understand why there are negative reviews. It is easy to get an appointment, and you are told that cancellations will be charged if there is less than 48 hrs notice. Mal, the receptionist, is very polite and professional, and also makes the effort to talk to patients in the waiting area - I always enjoyed our conversations. The dentist and dental nurses are kind, gentle, and informative. Sadly, we recently moved away from the area and can no longer attend this practice - I wish more dental practices were like Perry Park Dental.

   I always go to Perry Park and find the gentleman on reception and dentist so pleasant, careful and professional I really could not recommend enough.!! I think a lot of people on here are mistakingly reviewing the GP surgery not the dental surgery ?

   Pathetic excuse of a man. This silly receptionist has no respect for anyone. I call to book an appointment. He does not know how to speak. He was trembling on the phone. He was all timid on the phone. I thought I was speaking to a young woman. I politely told him “sorry I cannot hear you madam, could you speak up”. And all of a sudden he decides to shout down the phone that he is a man and then continues to insult me over a genuine mistake. Is it my fault that he sounds feminine? What a insecure little man? I could not get angry over a petty childish thing. So I let it slide. And as a respectful woman, I proceeded to say “goodbye and have a nice day madam”. Then I hung up the phone. However, I was still unable to book a dentist appointment. It will be his fault if I get a cavity.

   Terrible practice. I just had the worst dental experience ever. My 8 years daughter left in tears. My second son was told to wait until his molar start to rot before revceiving treatment! This place should never be given permission to treat kids.

   Very abusive male receptionist who sounds very feminine. Whilst not being able to understand ‘it’ he proceeded to shout down the phone. I told him calm down and he then ended the call. Once again I feel ‘it’ needs a lesson in respect and needs some training as they are clearly unable to do they’re job correctly. Definitely avoid this place.
