   Not when your driver parks his van like this after he’s finished his shift, unloads his golf bag and when questioned about his parking states “I’ll do what I want” Parked less than 10m from junction and caused a crash last week damaging his mirror, also informed he was blocking the footpath with a mobility chair user at the house he parks outside. Driving a sign written company van with this attitude makes your company look bad too. I have cctv available of our interaction showing he was questioned and asked nicely to rethink his parking to which he declines and walks away.

   Didn't order on line, but got what i needed (wheel brace) even though I couldn't find it on their website, it was cheaper than at Halfords. Bit of a que when I arrived at 1230, the lady on the reception was super efficient and had everyone served and sorted in no time. Highly recommend will use again

   Staff keep you waiting as they busy talking behing the door and joking, minimal greeting and cannot lend you a spanner to release your car battery so you can recycle it there. Ridiculous H&S excuse. Shop is small goto halfords. But they do stick competitively. Please improve counter service and quiet down back office staff you’re running a professional business.

   Went to pick parts up that I ordered on CarParts4less, which is, it appears, part of Euro Car Parts, just cheaper. Same parts. Really great staff. I have used them a lot in the past.

   Went in today stood for 25 minutes a long queue one young lad on his own under pressure trying his best and behind him in the office 4 bloke messing about laughing and joking kept looking but no one helped what a joke . Another customer said it happens all the time

   Went to the store ordered a cable, I was told it it would be ready same day at 3pm, it wasnt, come back tomorrow Wednesday. Still not there come back Friday - still not there come back Saturday - still not there come back Monday. Maybe there Monday bit of a joke and the nice bloke on the counter clearly embarrassed. Very poor I would avoid.
