Hands down the best hospital experience I have ever had Generally visiting doctors means waiting 3 hours before being asked a few questions, and being told to go to your GP, which you already know will take 2 weeks Instead, I went to the urgent treatment centre today, with all sorts of horrifying symptoms I currently have going on, and was triaged within about 10 minutes, saw a doctor in about another 10 minutes, who then prescribed me antibiotics and a few steroid creams to address my skin issue All the staff were friendly and kind, and I would recommend this centre to anyone who has an issue they know is serious and which needs to be looked at urgently

Staff were very friendly, I was seen quickly and treatment areas were clean. Problem was they needed to do a second blood test, which I believe is routine. However, they close at 8 so after 3 hours they sent me to Wythenshawe. They did book me in at Wythenshawe, but unfortunately it doesn’t matter, you just join the a&e queue. So in this instance it would have been a lot quicker to just go to a&e. Maybe they need a cut off time for accepting patients with certain conditions, where there won’t be time to do all the necessary tests. At Wythenshawe they said they often get patients who have been sent there after hours at Trafford.

I took my daughter last night as she had a rash all over her body, this has been flaring up on and off since the beginning of the year, the doctor she saw didn't even look at the rash and prescribed a steroid cream for her body and told her to buy over the counter cream for any more personal areas, this was not helpful, if we hadn't already tried them ALL we wouldn't have been there. The help was non existent and probably won't use the centre again. Only good thing was the 3hours free parking which we use all of :( This is no reflection on the triage nurse or receptionist both of whom were lovely.

Excellent service: open on a Sunday, free parking, was seen and treated within an hour and there's a late opening pharmacy opposite

Went to the walk in centre, waited an hour which wasn’t too bad. I went because my eczema had recently got worse causing burning and insomnia. Just to be seen and told that I should just get over it. She didn’t listen to a word I said and just spoke over me. Whilst the other staff were perfectly pleasant, the doctor was rude and wasted my time. Next time I plan to use google as that’s all she did clearly

Very long waits even with a 111 appointment but not surprising with current NHS constraints. Both my nurse and doctors were very friendly, professional and reassuring. Rare combo of knowledge, experience and a good bedside manner.

I went in last night, with all the symptoms of a kidney infection(unknowingly as I thought it was sciatica), the nurse I seen first confirmed I have either a kidney, water or liver infection due to having all but one symptom (passing blood) she then wrote down what it was, gave it to and elder 'doctor' who then said 'I'm not gonna give you antibiotics because it's the infection causing the pain' ??? Which is just an absurd thing to say then she said I have to come back when it gets worse? (when I'm passing blood), she interrupted me was disregarding everything I and the first nurse said, even though she was the second person I'd seen and she had a note of what was going on. She refused to give me antibiotics because of that crazy logic I then passed out on the way home and caught covid while I was there. I will be ringing up today to find out the name of the 'doctor' I seen and will be making a complaint and possibly taking it to litigation after speaking to my solicitor and depending on how my body reacts.

Visited here on 31 March 22. I have to say the service from start to finish was outstanding from the nurse who greeted me on arrival and took my symptoms down to the Doctor who finally saw me and gave me the medication to treat me. They had such care and compassion. I just wonder why our Doctors surgeries can not be like this, currently they only want to have a telephone appointment with you which is pointless when you are not well.
