Although the item was not part of their standard inventory, they graciously offered assistance by sourcing one from their workshop for free, given my two-hour travel requirement. The front desk representative was exceptionally courteous, professional, and helpful. The establishment's leadership should be commended for fostering such a dedicated and customer-focused team.

   I have been bringing my caddy here for about 12 months. Steph and the team are brilliant, they always go above and beyond and do extra jobs on my van for me while I wait. I have had a new dash, door cards, carpet, PS 170 engine swap and a service this year and can't fault anything. Super trustworthy and good pricing. These guys care and if you have a caddy then I highly recommend them. I do a 150 mile round trip because they are so good.

   Vary disappointed in srs, they did a good job until I drove away, from that point I’ve had nothing but problems and no correspondence. What happened to looking after your clients.

   Took my blue mk3 caddy to these guys as my engine was shot they did a conversion onit and wow what can I say excellent service they went above and beyond, my vans better than ever and they even sorted issues they found along the way that wasn't discussed !! Amazing price and iv no idea how they did it in the time they did !! Would 100% recommend and will use again ! Top blokes top service

   Will take your money but won't respond to calls or emails, avoid having any work done by them. Well l known for doing bad work and not responding to problems they have created.

   SRS are good for parts, but won't comunicate about the dodgy gearbox they installed. Now I'm paying for another gearbox and labour again. Not a vary good service

   My caddy had the engine and gear box swap. I have got home to find cream in my oil cap.and they won’t respond back to me now, avoid as they will take your money and not keep there end of the deal up.
