Awful, stay away. Worst experience with a company I've ever had. Wrong engine. Faulty engine. Promised refund. They collected engine and refused refund for nearly 2 years. Had to seek legal help to get money back.

Phoned to enquire about a part, the guy was polite, friendly and helpful He offered me a call back once he had located the part which he did and left me a voicemail Went to collect the part and one of their workers kindly brought it out and put it in the car for me Sometimes as a woman I feel intimidated going to places like this but not here Very good experience and service Thank you… will definitely use again

Purchased a Ford Ranger engine from this company , so polite and helpful over the phone . I knew in Dominic 's voice that he was a trustworthy man offering a warranty and makeing sure we were happy before collecting the old engine . The engine arrived when he said and has been fitted and it is exactly as he described out of a newer model of vehicle . You only have to run my ranger to know it is what he said. Very satisfied with this company in every aspect . Will purchase again and recommend them highly .
Absolutely fantastic staff and service looked everywhere for a panther black rear n/s/r door for my ford focus mk3 couldn't find one anywhere. Came across this company and they had one in great condition. Gave a outstanding service I highly recommend if your ever looking for quality spare car parts.
Bought an engine from this company and had it fitted only for it to be a broken engine and not even turn over. Sent it back and got a new engine(only good thing). Got told the cost to fit the engine x2 times was not there fault and they don't have time to check every engine they send out. Rude on the phone and not helpful. Wont be returning.
Superb customer service, speedy delivery and great value for money. Needed a replacement front suspension spring for my MOT failed Doblo. Ian identified that he had a complete suspension unit available at a good price and had it couriered to me. It arrived within 18 hours (terrific). Had the job done and the van retested all within 24 hours. Over the moon to get it back on the road. Now in my phone book as a preferred trader and will call him first if I need any other parts. Well done and many thanks for your help.
Shocking and awful. The engine that I was sold was described as a good one, that was complete, we asked them to remove the turbo, which they did. The engine arrived and the mechanics refused to fit it as it was so horrific. It was sent back and apologies were received. However, after promises to send another, where they had made a mistake, they decided not to as the engine was apparently fine and they refunded me the money, minus £80 for postage!! A couple photos to show you, the water pump has chunks missing and you can see the scorching on the cam, you can smell the burnt oil and what the pictures don’t show is the lumpy sludge thats left behind and the cracks in the head.
Really bad experience, the staff are rude they don't know how to deal with customer. Their advertisements doesn't match with original pictures. An expensive place to buy. Buy at your own risk.
