I have put one star just so I can make a comment, but at the end of the day they don't even deserve one star, I went there earlier this year to defend and support my father, i showed Dr C Kumar filled out paper work on my dad saying no comment unknown which isn't even an answer from a health care professional, I then turned over the page and he had ticked boxes to show he was fully aware of the situation, and when I challenged him with this he said to me directly that he had not even assessed him yet, I quite clearly embarrassed him over his neglect and his criminal incompetence, I could not believe what he had said to me i immediately got up and said good day sir and walked out, he then ran to the practice manager Ian Hutchinson and completely turned around the hole story and said that I had bullied, threatened and intimidated him when i quite clearly showed him his incompetence and criminal negligence, they proceeded to call the police and now i have been struck off from the surgery when he should be as a responsibility as a doctor and fony health care professional, I therefore are unable complain any further.

I have been a patient of this surgery for 31 yrs now. It used to be a house on Canterbury Road till they built the new surgery. The doctors are very nice and have been there a long time. Dr Tower I have been seeing and he is a lovely Doctor. I have no thoughts or reason to move surgery because this is a good one.

I’ve have used this surgery for 10 years and every member of staff has been fantastic. I have just moved to a new area and hope that my new surgery is as good.

Unacceptable and impersonal service especially when using the Ask My GP website. If these requests are not seen by clinicians how can patients be confident that the staff who are triaging them are sufficiently medically trained to judge whether a patient needs advice/help from a GP. I was advised by way of an impersonal on line response to an Ask My GP request to contact a pharmacy. When I did this I was then asked if I had contacted 111. How many hoops do patients have to jump through to be able to get help? Left in pain with a possible infection. It makes one wonder when you read media reports of patients who have ended up with sepsis or worse whether this is the right approach; I don't think so.

Excellent medical centre. Staff always willing to help. Many clinics run through surgery as well as doctors and practice nurses. Bloods, dietitians, spirometry and more. Self check Blood pressure in reception. Pharmacy attached to medical centre with small selection of other essentials.

Poor service from the support staff - failure to order repeat prescriptions (surgery and lloyds both blaming each other) when all has been well for 5 years caused numerous wasted time and stress for my cancer suffering mum. Everything is an excuse/blaming another party and the attitudes are poor/unhelpful. Stark contrast to my GP surgery who are amazing.

Dreadful practice no consistency of Doctors, some, not all staff are rude and unhelpful and you are palmed off to 111 services consistently. It used to be brilliant but the pandemic cannot keep being blamed as Dr,s only work 3 days a week. So sad

Rubbish - like all doctor surgeries. What are they doing? Can only book appointments on the day you get online? Great if your a doley - not so great if you work. Seem to have a lot of staff, just sat around.

Awful care since covid pandemic. Online booking system is always closed even at 8am and not even been able to book in for my epipen check for weeks and receptionists are extremely unhelpful. I have gotten back from france today with pneumonia and told i will have to wait 3-5 days to be seen by a doctor and to go home. This would of never happened before covid, im truely disgusted and feel abandoned by this surgery just like everyone else in the reviews section. Change is required seriously
