   Poor poor poor customer service. Once I gave them the £500 deposit to secure a meeting to discuss potential treatment options with a surgeon, the communication was really bad. I felt pressured into booking surgery for a procedure before even speaking with a surgeon to determine what treatment I needed given my past medical history. I then get asked the day before I am meant to have the consultation with the surgeon, for over £5000 to be paid to the transform hospital group. I was so so confused as I didn’t have any communication prior to this of needing to pay this amount. After multiple attempts to contact the company via email, phone and their online web chat, I finally speak with someone and am told that I was given a quote for the surgery. I was not given a quote at any point during this process. I was given an estimate of between 3000 to just over 5000 pounds. Estimates and quotes are two completely different things. And I was confused how they could have provided me with a quote for a procedure that I had not been medically or physically assessed for. In the end they did agree to refund me my £500 deposit. However it took months approx 3 months to receive my refund, even through their refund policy is 28days not including weekends or bank holidays. They told me there was an internal error and that the accounts team deal with refunds who can only be contacted by email. I’m not sure if this is true. I really felt like I had to use all my energy and a lot of my free time to get them to refund my money. I have now received my refund but the stress and anxiety that this has caused me has made me very very wary of having the procedure completed, even though the issue I need medical intervention to resolve causes me physical pain.

   Shocking when things don't go as planned. The person you are seeing at the beginning is nowhere to be found when your not happy and quick to take the money but not resolve your problem.
