Was asked to leave a review by the physio Zarah who was pleading with me to leave 5 stars. But I cannot in good consciousness lie. This is not a good place at all. Would not recommend. The physio seemed like she's new. Doesn't know how to handle people my age. My grandson could do better and he's only 18.
Work locally and had a niggling back pain. Thought I would try this clinic as it was 15 minutes closer after work from where I normally attend. However I did not really get the service I expected. Felt very rushed and I did not seem to matter. Will stick to my usual clinic from now.
Abit pricey. Below average. Therapist (owner of clinic) was distracted by her mobile phone during treatment.
This is the worst clinic you could imagine. The owner, Ms Ashraf is the most vile, foul mouthed, loud and obnoxious person I've ever met. Went in for a damaged shoulder and she made it worse. I think she's clueless in her field. On top of that she only gave me 15 minutes when I paid for 50. When I asked her she said they closing early. I said well why book me in then?? She said come back tomorrow for remainder. Did I go back? Hell no! She made it worse anyway.
Absolutely disgusting service. Ms Ashraf acted like I was a burden to be there. Then I asked why she was being "so cold" (with my half intent to lighten up the mood) and she replied "if you don't like it get out". And I did! I left. Worst £50 ever spent. Do not attend here. Trust me I'm doing you a favour.
I had cupping done Zarah was very gentle as this was my 1st time I can say I will be booking in very soon thank you for your patience keep up the good work
It's a bright, modern clinic with lots of treatments available. I was previously paying £90 a session for tattoo removal and now pay around £35 for two sessions. Definitely worth checking out
I have used this service several times. Zarah is absolutely fantastic with her treatments. I suffer slip disc and nerve damage, so you can imagine how much pain I'm in. Thanks to Zarah my pain has eased, as I've been suffering this pain for years and her treatments has been amazing.
Let me start by saying what an absolutely wonderful experience I had with this clinic and most notably the treatment provided by Zarah. She was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I've had this niggling back and shoulder problem for around 8 years I'd say. I feel as though its already on the way to a complete recovery! I guess no more hot water bottles at night in a while :)
Absolutely amazing service, the staff are delightful and friendly, always welcoming and pleasant, I recommend Proactive Physio to anyone out there, they not just your average physio, they really do genuinely care about your physical health and don't cheat you out of money, great service and knowledge of anatomy and problems associated with back pain. I spent 45 mins for a physio initial consultation and 40 mins for follow up appointments rather than 30 mins and did not feel rushed in my treatments. Thank you for the great service
