There staff and sample collectors are and have always remained very professional, non judgemental, friendly and kind. While there will be other providers offering a similar service. I would note that "Crystal Health Group" is a highly recommended and legitimate recognized company. That the Courts are very familiar with. Overall I found there service to be fair and informative. “I've worked with Mike Dickinson at Salford City for almost a year. I wanted to get my foundations back in place after having 2 kids. Re-learn how to move my body safely and strongly after not being active for a fairly long time. I can honestly say I’m so much better for it. “A lot of equipment I’m 17 been going for 3 months and I haven’t seen any faults at all people are nice and welcoming front desk staff are kind the best thing is I don’t have to wait for a bench to do my sets as there all located around the gym but yeah great gym overall maybe add some new updated machines”

“Went for my flu jab on the 11/10/25. Although there was a queue it went down really quick. The ladies who booked me in were very helpful. Although they were having trouble finding me on the system they had actually seen my name on the list. Also my partner was with me as he's my carer his app time was a few hours after mine but they were able to fit him in at the same time. Brilliant. Drs and nurses very efficient”
