I started to panic because I really wanted to get the vaccination, but the kind pharmacist went above and beyond—personally going to a friend’s store to collect it, ensuring I would receive it the same day. That level of dedication and care was truly remarkable. Once I arrived, everything was incredibly smooth—I was seen immediately, and the process was seamless. I’m deeply grateful for the extreme effort they put in, and I left feeling reassured and very happy. Thank you for being an exceptional pharmacy! I’ll definitely be returning.”

The staff went out of their way to find a supplier who had stock and chase it up on Friday to try and get a Friday delivery. Fortunately it arrived Friday afternoon. Thank you. Staff from both branches spoke to each other to do their best to assist with other items.”

“Went for my flu jab on the 11/10/25. Although there was a queue it went down really quick. The ladies who booked me in were very helpful. Although they were having trouble finding me on the system they had actually seen my name on the list. Also my partner was with me as he's my carer his app time was a few hours after mine but they were able to fit him in at the same time. Brilliant. Drs and nurses very efficient”
