   I'm not a patient here but my partner is. He's been hospitalised for 6 weeks and I've been in and out a lot for various reasons for him. Every single person I've ever spoken to on reception has been utterly fabulous! Nothing is ever too much trouble and they honestly go above and beyond. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars and Ann and Chloe honestly saved me today. Just a conversation and giving me some time to talk was exactly what I needed. Thank you xx

   Went for my flu jab on the 11/10/25. Although there was a queue it went down really quick. The ladies who booked me in were very helpful. Although they were having trouble finding me on the system they had actually seen my name on the list. Also my partner was with me as he's my carer his app time was a few hours after mine but they were able to fit him in at the same time. Brilliant. Drs and nurses very efficient

   Good practice with friendly staff who are always willing to help and solve any queries you may have in a respectful and courteous way. The centre itself always looks clean and tidy when I attend. The recent flu shot day was very busy but it was well managed with minimal waiting.

   I had the worst experience today at this practice, the doctor was very unprofessional, unbothered and kept frowning with no care whatsoever. She is not a good person at all let alone a doctor. Dr Rashmi Dev-Jairath really lacks empathy at the least! Horrible!!!

   The service here is amazing. Given the horrendous pressure on the NHS, I feel lucky to be part of this practice and I have always either had an appointment in persson or spoken to staff over the phone. I hear people complain about GPs and chemists but the issue is never with them, it's the government. End of. I always have this in the back of my mind and remember that when I see any of the doctors, nurses or staff who ALWAYS listen and find ways to help you. Big up Springfield Medical Practice!

   I have been since very long now in this surgery and I'm very happy with few doctors there as they are so helpful and understanding but i wish i could have 1 or 2 regular doctors instead of everytime another gp. But some doctors has really no empathetic at all . I spoke recently to Doctor McHague and it's the most unhelpful doctor i have ever spoke to in my whole life and i see here few reviews about him as well and i have a neighbour and family member both very bad experience with him as well. Wondering why he chose to be a doctor if he don't want to help anyone at all??? He don't won't to solve anything this is what i hear from others as well so i don't won't to deal with this doctor ever again in my life. Glad that this practice has some other good doctors that I'm dealing with since years and i think this practice should sort something out with the very unregular gp everytime because there are too many gps there.

   I’ve been with this practice for a few years. Never do yet get to speak to the same GP! I always get asked why I’m calling when they’ve asked me to make an appointment. (Read my medical notes) they have prescribed me medication I shouldn’t be on in the past bearing in mind I’ve taken an overdose in the past, also every time I request my repeat prescription I have to have a review although it’s not required for another 6 months. Also I received a text today telling me I need a full blood test done, I had one done last week! Honestly avoid this place.

   I have been with this practice since 2009 and would like to thank this practice for walking the hard journey with me. I can freely rate them as I have done based on my experience. I do not downgrade the comments of the other reviews but I am expressing this based on my personal experience. The doctors and nurses have understood my complex issues and addressed them as best as they could given the prevailing circumstances and stringent NHS budgets. The reception staff work under pressure too but I have learnt to get my details in order before I call the practice. The idea of an online form is brilliant because it saves me so much time. I usually get feedback in good time. In case of an emergency I just call 111 or the practice and take it from the advice I am given. Even during the peak of the pandemic I always got help when I needed it. Ofcourse one can come across some misunderstanding here and there but these issues can be resolved if we as human beings discuss our issues together. I can choose not to deal with particular individuals if need be. After all, this is our practice and the staff are there for us. Mutual understanding and respect goes both ways. The practice used to operate from a small building but realised the value of expanding the premises to create an open space which is very welcoming. I can recommend this practice to anyone without concern. I help other people who go to different practices with solving their medical issues. What I have seen in other practices has made me appreciate my practice more and more. Well done Springfield team. Keep improving. This is my way of saying thank you.

   A while back Dr Ross Seaton gave me injections in my wrists to help my tendinitis. After having my baby, I was unable to lift him without pain for nearly a year and a half because of this problem. I have not had the chance to tell him how grateful I am and how much what he did for me changed everything. I was worried I may not be able to go back to work as a dental nurse because I couldn't use my hands. Please give him this message amd let him kmow how thankful I am for having such a good doctor who listened to my concerns and my self diagnosis and did not dismiss my thoughs as he easily could have!
