The manager is super rude. I have bought some trainers OnCloud trainers and they were too small so I went to exchange or get a refund however she saying that they are used which didn’t happen. I only tried them on and they still are brand-new.
Jaziah was very pleasant and extremely helpful with my purchase. Very quick and efficient, also recommended cleaner for trainers. Also the young man at the till helped me download the JD app so I could get 10% off. I am really happy with these 2 young men, I would recommend everyone to come into the store. Then a young lady also helped me when I couldn't do the review. Amazing staff, they definitely deserve a Xmas bonus.
Dear JD Team, I am writing to share my recent experience at your store, which I found very disappointing and unexpected. I believe this matter needs to be addressed by the store manager. Within just two days, I visited the store three times regarding a refund and exchange of shoes worth £120. On Sunday morning, a staff member informed me that it would be possible to exchange the shoes, even though I had ordered them online. Based on this, I returned on Monday morning with the shoes. At that time, there were two staff members on the till (a lady and a gentleman, around 11:30 am). Before I could even explain my situation, the gentleman told me they were unable to process the exchange. The lady at the till was very unwelcoming and spoke rudely. She refused to start the process because I did not have the dispatch order, telling me to bring it first. Later that same evening, I visited again with the dispatch order and the shoes. Neither staff member greeted me, and instead, they laughed with each other when they saw me. The lady checked briefly and again said they were unable to process the exchange. While I can accept the store policy, the attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff were extremely disappointing. This is not the level of service I expected from your brand. My humble request is that the team be given training on customer service and professional behaviour, so that future customers do not face such treatment. This JD Sports on Hounslow High Street (not the Treaty Centre branch) is an absolute disgrace. I went in a few days ago and the staff, including the so-called supervisor, were a joke. No welcome, no help — just standing around gossiping in their own language, laughing and joking at customers instead of doing their job. It felt rude, humiliating, and completely unprofessional. For a major brand like JD, this kind of behaviour is shocking. The staff here clearly have no respect for customers, and management obviously doesn’t care either. If this is how they treat people spending their money, I’d strongly suggest avoiding this store at all costs. I will never shop here again, and I hope JD takes a serious look at the useless staff running this branch.
I visited JD Sports on Hounslow High Street few days ago to buy shoes and jackets, and the experience was terrible. Staff members were extremely unhelpful, unwilling to guide me, and refused to answer questions properly. Instead of doing their jobs, they passed their responsibilities to others, spoke in their own language, and laughed in front of customers — showing complete disrespect and unprofessional behaviour. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a customer-facing role. Management urgently needs to step in, as the service at this store is far below the standards expected from a brand like JD Sports.
The good thing is plenty of parking available. JD is good with plenty of options. Staff is helpful.
Extremely poor customer service. In google the closing time is 7pm. I reach the shop at 6pm, those guys who is didn’t allow me to enter the shop. And the thing was I just want to return one product no to buy anything at the moment. So it not take too much time.
Extremely poor customer service. Never going to any JD sports ever again. After selecting a shoe and asking to bill, we saw the staff take the box and went and hide behind the door. When we asked the cashier about our shoe, she asked us "how many minutes ago? What size exactly? I don't see the shoe here". I saw the staff who had my shoe talk to the cashier literally seconds before we walked to the counter. Awful. Just absolutely awful. I wonder if this is the way they treat all customers or if it's to particular cases.
Shop is well presented but there is a lack in variety in products as compared to other JD Stores. Furthermore the products JD are selling are not well priced due to the fact you can get the same products at much cheaper prices in other shops within Hounslow already. I’d recommend this JD store to re assess their pricing and also consider the product line they’re selling.
