I registered my four children with this dentist, and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. It’s a terrible dentist and I wouldn’t recommend it.
Seen Kuly the hygienist with her assistant Bailey. Was very nervous but Kuly was calming and kind. Definitely booking with Kuly again she did a great job.
Always exceptional care and a positive experience here both as an NHS and private patient. From the moment you walk in, you are made to feel welcome and know you will be looked after. Reception are always friendly and helpful in person and on the phone. Dentists Katherine and Michael are the best. The best care, the best advice, along with the hygienists and nurses. If you are nervous or having a bad day, they always manage this really well and make you feel at ease. More importantly, they have never given me a reason to feel nervous or anxious. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Reception staff are lovely and welcoming. I am very anxious of going to the dentist and didn't have an NHS dentist for 4 years. Reece kindly put me on their waiting list and I eventually got a slot. Despite being anxious my dentist Zobia is great and we laugh at my visits, this definitely makes a huge difference. I cannot ever remember coming out of an appointment thinking that was fun, but I do now.
My hygienist appointment with Tracey and Denise. they are both fabulous, always make me feel at ease and do a great job with my far from perfect teeth. An absolute dream team! Sharon was on reception today and was brilliant too, so helpful in finding me suitable appointments and times for my next 2 visits! Reece Associates are amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I've been going here for around 4 years now. The lobby and surgery rooms are very clean. Social distancing is taken seriously and surfaces are frequently sanitised. Reception staff are very welcoming, helpful and easing. Dr. Gohar is extremely professional and rarely needs to use local anesthetic. My recovery time after treatment is very short compared to my previous dentist and the prices are reasonable for private practice. NHS is available too but sometimes can be more expensive, bizzarly.
Currently having my composite bonding here with the lovely sehrish rafiq, she knew exactly how to give me the correct treatment and listened to my concerns. Halfway through and i cannot wait for my smile to be complete. Sehrish is really helpful, will always try to provide a solution and ensure her patients are 100% satisfied. Glad i came across sehrish... oh and she also done my lip filler which by the way was amazing too!! She has magic hands for sure. Thanks alot sehrish.
Dharmesh Mistry, one of the Dentists, was brilliant, he clearly explained the areas of concern and all the options to take care of them. His customer care is excellent. I didn't feel rushed, he took his time in explaining. I would recommend Dharmesh without hesitation. Hygienist was ok/good, however I was shocked when asked to pay £77 for a 25 minute hygienist appointment. The website says £58 !!!!!!!!! for a single hygienist appointment ....... BEWARE !!!!!! Ask before booking.
I had been part of Reece Associates for about a year before I finally took the plunge to get Invisalign. I was seen by Dr. Dharmesh and how amazing he was ! From the very beginning he took excellent care of me, kept me informed and made me feel at ease every step of the way. He was so supportive yet 100% honest at every step. My Invisalign journey was definitely not one that was taken alone ! I would recommend him to any individual especially if you are looking to improve your smile !
Great dentist, admittedly not the cheapest. I have been going here c.7 yrs, but I was pretty afraid of a trip to the dentist before going here. I don’t understand the negative comment about the front desk, I can honestly say they offer some of the best and most polite customer service you can find. Five stars.
