   Was a little confused about where to go and wait for a blood lipid etc test as I've only been a couple of times so I queried with the receptionist, at which point a male GP of Arab/Asian appearance started giggling loudly like an immature girl! Doesn't bode well!

   Disgusting practice. My mum called up this morning with a temperature of 40 degrees asking for an appointment, which they said they can do a telephone appointment on FRIDAY. Today is TUESDAY. They then said well if it's so bad go to a&e. Not being funny but she can't drive in the state she is in Whenever we go there there aren't more than a few people waiting. Disgusting place, what's the point staying open if you can't do the one thing ur meant to do and see patients Gone downhill recently Will just leave people sick with no other option And the staff are extremely rude. Disgusting and horrible practice What' a joke

   Is a large building which also includes the local library. As a result if you use the wrong entrance you have to walk through the library to get to the Health Centre reception. Once booked in though everything is fine and the staff even come out to greet you when your appointment is due.

   This is not our Surgery but attended yesterday for my husband's Covid vaccination. I would like to congratulate you all for the organisation, efficiency, speed and kindness you showed us and everyone there. It was and amazing experience and the volunteers outside in the freezing cold directing everyone were incredible. Thank you!!!!
