   Absolute Disgrace ! Dr Craigy has a God complex and apparently knows even more than specialists . I detest going to the Doctors and walked round with a fractured Pelvis even though I was in pain to avoid Dr. Craigy . It’s a shame as Jayne on reception , some of the other receptionists & the Nurses are lovely . Perhaps instead of spending money on more useless technology , they should send Senior Doctors on empathy training courses .

   Dr Hijazi is the best doctor I've ever had. She listens, gives advice, is supportive and genuinely cares. She dosnt rush your appointment and gives you the time you need. I couldn't be more thankful for her help over the last 18 months.

   I've been with this practice for nearly 25 years since I was born! I left for a month when I thought I was moving but quickly came back. The staff, including the Receptionists, the nurses and HCA's upto the GPs and practice admin team/managers provide a level of care and support like no other. The support I've received is top, even at the times when I panic and email a bunch they are always understanding and reassuring. Just the knowledge I have an amazing and passionate GP practice team a call away are enough to ease anxiety. If your moving to Irlam or Cadishead I'd definitely recommend these guys, you will not be disappointed.

   I have been with this practice and its predecessors for 25 years. Over this time, it's gone from a small family practice run by two dedicated doctors to a huge conglomerate of a practice where it's impossible to get to see a GP. Just to get in the door, you need to fill in an online form that is used to "triage" your problem. It doesn't matter how much pain you are in or the problems you are having. They just don't care. I would strongly discourage anyone from registering with this practice, and if you are registered, you start looking for other doctors in Irlam and Cadishead.

   Significantly improved in the past year: A few more options to book online, friendlier phone staff. Doctor Jenkins is still excellent. Still difficult to get an appointment, but not impossible like it was before. Still a shame that online forms are restricted to particular times. Very contrasted experiences with the nurses. One is the best I've ever experienced and one is not

   Just awful. Every time I try to do anything with this practice there is some kind of issue. I strongly advise anyone to try and find another practice before registering here. They reject repeat prescription requests saying you need to speak to a doctor but then don't arrange an appointnment for you to speak to one. so you have to then ring and sit in a queue on the phone. I have had to wait for up to 30 minutes in the past just to speak to a receptionist. The place is just so inefficient! Why not book the appointment if the doctor says I need one instead of making me ring in??

   Never any issues, I fill in an online form and get a call back from the Dr same day. I can always get one of the emergency appointments no problem if its something more pressing. Never any problems with prescriptions either

   Yet again this surgery let’s sick patients suffer due to incompetence and they have no interest in making people better, they actually may as well leave you to die ,they are that useless temp of 39.8 risk of sepsis and this surgery’s care is zero really beyond a joke now. I was promised this would not happen again and yet 3rd time in a row this is how you treat vulnerable patients with a long term condition .
