Fantastic customer service! My courier didn’t deliver an item I urgently needed for a client, so I messaged over the weekend, on a Saturday evening and had it back with me within 48 hours. I honestly can’t believe this level of service exists in this country. My order was already on the way, then suddenly it got stuck at the DPD depot with a delay. Even though the problem wasn’t their fault, they immediately pulled the shipment back and arranged next-day delivery for me. At 10:30 this morning, the parcel arrived at my door — and just a moment ago, I sent my client off completely stress-free. I’m genuinely so grateful. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth one, and their service went far beyond my expectations.
I am working with Ask over 3 years and for the last 2 years they are my main supplier of all aesthetics products. Very poor customer service. Order placed on Thursday 15:48. It offers next day delivery. On Friday received a phone call and text message saying I need to pay additional £12 if I want my delivery to be on Saturday. No way. I placed an order on Thursday to be put on Friday, Have the full prove of billing and receipt saying Next Day Delivery. Not a single apologies word, not a single acknowledgment if they are unable to do that. Not a single good gesture, not even saying we will try our best to resolve this matter. Very very bad service. Never ordered to this place again. Avoid at all cost especially when you need items for urgent.
Always a first class service, nothing is too much trouble and communication is fantastic. Loads of products stocked and all high quality branded CE marked. Next day delivery always, never been let down! I order at least once a week from the pharmacy. Thanks for a great service as always :)
Great service, staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. Never had to wait more than 2 days for stock to arrive, sometimes if I get orders in early I have received by the next day. Would definitely reccomend ASK Pharamcy. Romi
