   Came for an appointment with my daughter and was greeted by the most positive and welcoming receptionist I have ever met! Without saying a word, she greeted my daughter by name and took us straight through to where our appointment was. Councils and family hubs don't always get the recognition they deserve, but having staff members like her gives such a positive impression on people accessing services and I couldn't be more thankful of how she put a smile on our faces! To the bosses at the council, give this woman a massive payrise, she deserves it. Thank you T!
