   Thank you Dr Jain and the team for helping me with my dental issue. The pain was immense and after calling the surgery in the afternoon I managed to get an appointment early next morning. Dr Jain was very sympathetic to me when i explained my problem and I found him extremely helpful in the guidance and treatment I received. The reception team were also very helpful and extremely professional. Prime dental will now be my new dental surgery and I will also be recommended family and friends. Thanks again for the support.    This was my first visit to Prime Dental Surgery. The whole experience was wonderful. Even before my visit, my experience of the reception team by phone was good, I could hear the friendliness. My dentist was kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in a class learning some important information through thoughtful analogies! I have in the past been to private dentists and I assure you the service I received today was as good!!! I wasn't rushed through the treatment. Everything was paced well.I am so pleased to have made the decision to join this surgery. By the way I'd heard some great word of mouth reviews prior to joining too!

   Such an amazing practice. Staff are very professional and provided a seamless service. Given the current situation with Covid-19 I was made to feel at ease and was very impressed with the PPE that the staff were wearing and the overall cleanliness of the practice. Reception staff were continuously cleaning between all patients and were very friendly and provided me with sufficient information for all the questions I asked.
