I would definitely use ATS again for the other service's they offer. I went just for tyres on this occasion., I purchased online and paid online, booked in at 2.30 for 2 new tyres fitting. I did mention to the staff at the time that the same tyres were £36 cheaper but that had not been applied to my basket. He couldn't do anything other than refund me and then book in at a later date, not an option for me. I had the tyres fitted and the man who dealt with me said try mailing customer service. I did just that and they have refunded the difference. Well done ATS.
Very efficient service, able to book in at set time rather than having to drop first thing in the morning. They are also good value for money.
Visited Cleckheaton ATS for 2 new tyres yesterday. I pre booked and paid online. The staff were great. They were expecting me at my allotted appointment time and had my car back to me within an hour. The staff were really polite and helpful. I received my vehicle inspection report by email within a few hours. I will use again.
Never had any issues getting 3 sets of tyres here. Always friendly helpful staff, and decent offers available quite regularly make it the perfect place to get new tyres.
Not a good experience for me, two men running a busy shop means a long wait. and half the work carried out that my car was booked in for. i dont really want to give one star.
Been here this morning for Air con needed seeing to. Fantastic and professional service from the two young men. Would recommend this place. Very good price for what I needed done. And was done in quick time. All fixed now my car is like a fridge brilliant
Our car was well overdue on its MOT, despite a late call in the day, these guys were able to do the job the very next day. Quick, friendly service all round.
Don't bother unless you want your alloys looking like this
