Was seen politely at reception Appointment was on time with the doctor, who couldn't be more understanding of condition. In all a very good experience.

I came to you because I had an appointment with a doctor and I came the day before the appointment so that the administrators would add an interpreter for me, as it is impossible to do online. I was told that this could not be done. I asked to just have a phone and I would write to the doctor on it (this has already happened once), to which the administrator also said no. I did not understand anything she was saying. I asked to have it written on the phone so that I could understand, but the administrator also refused. I did not know what to do. The only thing the administrator did was cancel my appointment with the doctor, which I had been waiting for for 2 weeks. And gave me the doctor's phone number so that I could call at 8:00. The only question is how should I call the doctor in English to communicate, if I am now asking to provide me with an interpreter for my appointment. The administrators are simply disappointing. This is not the first time that they understand that I have a weak level of English and have a very negative attitude. I came on 08/27/25 at 4:20 PM. Unfortunately, I will change to another clinic, because I can't even make an appointment. (
I've been with this surgery for many years and have always been looked after by the Doctors Nurses and all staff. Many thanks to Dr cheema for her help and support recently it's much appreciated.

Their empathetic approach makes me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. Reception staff are lovely and Dr Tandon is a fantastic GP. Update ; Having read the negative reviews on here, I wanted to update my review. I'm not sure what people expect from the NHS, but this practice almost always offers same day or within 24 hour care - this is over and above what most surgeries can provide
Dr cheema is the best doctor iv come across. I was with Salford primary care together and they made me more I'll than good. Dr cheema picked up on an illness and delt with me with great care and I owe my life to this lady.
Recently joined Cherry Tree Medical. Honestly can’t fault it. Lovely staff, no issues with being able to book appointments at all. I have booked over the phone and online, experienced quick response from both. Waiting time inside the clinic is also minimal.
