Prescription sent by Doctor, waited over a week for delivery, their excuse was doctor not sent it over, when I had part of it delivered, considering changing pharmacy

Terrible service. Came in for weight loss support. Told me my bmi wasn't high enough for their paid consultation, no discussion for anything else to support me, even though I showed them on a bmi calculator I am overweight, nothing else was offered or even advised. Came away in tears.
This pharmacy is brilliant. Quick and simple and the staff super helpful. Parking is a pain but it's still fab!
Went in here with my husband to get our Covid jab and what a lovely, clean, well run pharmacy this is. Everyone was working with a smile on their face and talking to each other without having to stop and stand about. As soon as a customer walked in, they were served. Prescriptions were made up, ready for collection and the staff seemed to know the majority of people who were collecting them. This was so different from the pharmacy we get ours from where many times our prescriptions are not ready, even after a week; the staff are standing around talking and make you wait up to three minutes and after 10 years of going there they still don’t know our names. I asked if we could change our nominated pharmacy to this one and was delighted to learn we could. We are happy to be new customers and look forward to collecting our prescriptions from Bowness Pharmacy soon.
After a recent bad experience at another pharmacy this was a way better experience. Quick, polite and efficient and a lesson to others in how to treat people

Was told to write this by my grandad as in his words “I’m bloody useless” He said it’s the loveliest pharmacy in little Hulton and the staff are unbelievably helpful. And that you can’t say nothing bad about them, they are the best in the country. They go out of their way to help you and talk to like family. :)
