Had an appointment so attended waited at the community reception then a man popped his head around the corner and said “he’s gone home” I said I have an appointment at 4pm his response was “I’d suggest sitting down and he might call you” my appointment is with a female.and now I’m sat here waiting absolutely ridiculous level of service

The worst clinic. If you don’t book an appointment through the app they tell you to use, you won’t get seen – and the app doesn’t even work. When you call, no one picks up. If you call later, they tell you to call back at a specific time. It’s extremely difficult to get through, and the care is non-existent. Even when you finally manage to arrange a blood test and show up, they cancel it, saying there’s no one available to take it. So if you have a problem, this doctor won’t help you at all. I absolutely do not recommend them.

New review. With previous issues I had, I must say that practice service gets significantly better. It's not hard to get appointments on the same day if you call in the morning. I had a few appointments, including myself and my son. And it was solved very quickly and effectively. I am really happy with the appointment outcomes. Old review. Really don't know what to say .. Cervical screening appointment took 3 months to areange, then 3 times cancelled and I'm currently 7 months late with Cervical screening.. Appointment for tomorrow 21st of December again cancelled follow by message to call back as soon as possible to rearrange the appointment. I called right after I received the message, and nobody answered. That was 8.10pm practice close 8.30pm how it's that possible. With my health history, I'm very disappointed.

I can’t possibly be going to the same clinic as most of these reviewers! Both the podiatry and district nurses teams are fabulous and have been fantastic with me whether it’s been home visits or clinic attendances since I came out of hospital in February - l won’t name individual nurses as I want to protect their privacy but be sure l know them. The receptionists are just gorgeous and forever helpful, going out of there way for patients and keeping you updated if you are awaiting PTS. You also wait very little time for your appointment and l have only been treated with kindness, respect and a smile on their faces. Just one point if you would indulge me; to the person who commented about the area being run down and the patients looking much like the area - how bloody dare you, what an absolute vile and narcissistic person you are! For the Grace of God.comes to mind. It’s my first time ever at the clinic and coming from working in an emergency department one thing l have never seen are patients being abusive and berating staff, no loud music from headphones or patients being loud on their phones - you should be ashamed of yourself with your outdated beliefs. Anyway guys, it’s a great place for your treatment here and all the staff are excellent. Apologies for the essay but I do get cross at people’s biases.

I have just spoke to a member of staff called Dionne on behalf of my fathers weekly visit from the nurses, this should have happened yesterday? her reply was yes the nurse is coming out today!!! Sorry but that's not good enough for a 89 year old who is panicking and relies on nurses for his injection and needs to be monitored .Fortunately, my dad has his family who can find out for him what his happening but there are some elderly people who haven't got a family and they just have to put up with it. What they don't realise is, he also has outside appointments. If he had an appointment today elsewhere he wouldn't have been in,this is disgusting to not even make a simple call yesterday and let him know. Think about it as if it was your parents that needed this service, just a simple phone call would make it easier for them.

Doctors are of pretty decent standard for the NHS but the receptionist have got to be the worst in the world for a role that heavily involves customer service they have non. Don't help at all and really don't seem to care about their role.

Awful receptionist ... awful doctors. Misdiagnosed daughter after 2 visits she then ended up in Intensive care.

Waste of time. Arranged an appointment to register and was then told I lived in the wrong area after I arrived. Why book the appointment in the first place?
