   I got the message to say my item had arrived in store. Went to collect but they could not find it. After waiting for the store assistant to come back a third time to double check, she took my details and called the other store assistant that was in and had taken the delivery the day before. I was out and about, an hour or so later I got a message to say she had found it. A little disorganised with deliveries but other than that they were polite, didn't smile very much, and efficiently took my details to inform me when found.
