   Chloe is amazing! Honestly one of the best hygienists I’ve ever been to. She always does such a great job cleaning my teeth and makes the whole thing super easy and comfortable. You can tell she really cares and pays attention to the little details. Big shoutout to Kirsty too – such a lovely assistant. They make a great team! Appreciate them both – total stars!

   Dr. Faezeh Ghaffari has recently finished installing my dental implants and I can eat "properly" for the first time in over 20 years. She is an excellent dentist and I had no pain during the procedures and, if you are holding back because you are concerned about any side effects - don't. I wish I had done this years ago - but she wasn't my dentist then, of course !

   I've recently completed Invisalign treatment with Andrew at this Practice and cannot fault the process, results or the Practice from start to finish. The treatment itself was so simple and the equipment they have is brilliant to help with this. You can tell Andrew is passionate about Orthodontics and he made sure throughout that the results were as they should be. I am so happy I chose Andrew to do this work for me, I wouldnt have trusted anyone else after being with this Practice for years and knowing how experienced and lovely all the staff are there. The results are fantasic, and just as proposed. Thank You all, especially Andrew and Amy.

   Today my daughter, who has SEN, and I visited the hygienist at West Heath Dental Practice. Both Jeanette and Kirsty were amazing with her and made her feel very comfortable and welcome knowing how nervous she was. Libby was absolutely thrilled when she came out, smiling from cheek to cheek to show off her sparkling teeth. We’ve booked to visit again in a couple of months time. Would highly recommend!

   Been here scince it became a private dentist and can't give enough praise for the whole team on the way they treat me. They're calming and very attentive to your needs and with the way you are treated. For this i have to give a big thank you to Andrew my dentist and especially Chloe my hygienist. She goes the extra mile to look ways to improve with the way I look after my teeth,gums etc and is always making sure I'm fine with any process I have to go through. I Feel so comfortable its like ive known her for years. For most my life going to dentist/hygienist was a chore but not no more. It's a great place for those people weary of the dentist. Price wise like all private dentist is on the high side but they have a payplan which you gives you access to both Dentist & Hygienist and is very reasonable and lets you get buy any items from their dentist shop half price.

   My daughter had a 3 year treatment here for Invisalign with Andrew. I cannot recommend him enough, he did amazing work on my daughters teeth, He really made my daughter feel at ease and explained all procedures thoroughly. All the staff at the practice are very helpful especially Andrew's assistant. Thank you all

   The ladies at the front desk are welcoming, friendly and always ready to help should you need it. Jenny, the lovely dental nurse makes a great team with Dr. Ali Khan, born to be a dentist. Ali has commitment, dedication and passion for his vocation. Ali has exceptional qualities and the ability to restore faith and trust in anyone who fears the dentist. I am extremely thankful he is my dentist and I would trust Ali with my life.

   Suzanne is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I felt reassured immediately. She never did anything without communicating with me first and ensured I was comfortable with everything. It was important to me to have a pain free experience and that’s exactly what I got. Couldn’t be happier, and it’s definitely worth the 2 hour drive!

   I just want to thank all the team. I have had a dental phobia since I was 14 due to a bad experience. I’m now 50 and decided I needed to find a dentist. West Heath Dental Practice came as a recommendation from a friend and I’m so happy I listened. What a great experience. From the minute you walk in you are greeted by the most friendly and helpful staff. Suzanne was my dentist and she made me feel at ease and explained everything clearly. I’m sure this might be the end of my phobia and I think it’s great you get to see the same dentist/hygienist for every appointment if you wish. Thanks again and keep up the excellent work.
